The Painful Incidents of Baalbek is one of the dire consequences of sinful activity that Iran’s Hezb is involved in against the Ummah

“As for anyone who kills a believer deliberately, his repayment is Hell, remaining in it for ever. Allah is angry with him and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a terrible punishment.”

The repercussions of the bloody clash witnessed in Baalbek, which worsened last Saturday, continue to this day. The attitudes towards it are alternating; in this regard we are concerned by showing the following points:

First: To remember His saying

“As for anyone who kills a believer deliberately, his repayment is Hell, remaining in it for ever. Allah is angry with him and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a terrible punishment.”

(An-Nisaa, 4:93)

As we remember the Hadeeth of the Prophet

“It is from a man’s evil to degrade his brother. To every Muslim the blood, wealth and honor of his fellow Muslim are forbidden.”

Second: The case in which the killer is excused by the Shari’a is the case of self-defense. He صلى الله عليه وسلم said:

«من قاتل دون نفسه حتى يُقتل فهو شهيد ومن قاتل دون أهله حتى يُقتل فهو شهيد»

“Who fought to defend himself until he was killed is a martyr. And who fought to defend his family until he was killed is a martyr.”

Third: What happened in Baalbek is but a sample of what is happening in other regions, and it clearly shows sectarian tension. This tension is not devoid of those who bear its responsibility, and Iran’s Hezb bears the primary responsibility over this. This is certainly the implication of their crime of befriending the enemy of the Islamic Ummah, the tyrant of ash-Sham, despite their certain knowledge that he is a bitter enemy of Islam, Muslims and its Shariah. Also despite their knowledge of this betrayal is to Allah, His Messenger and the Believers, and this will naturally seed hatred and resentment in the hearts of those who suffer with them from the Muslims. When they sent their fighters to kill the Syrian rebels, they claimed that they did so in anticipation of the risk of spreading of violence to Lebanon. In this speech they were blatantly lying, because they knew that such action would provoke a wide section from the people of Lebanon and raise violence towards them. Due to their knowledge they set up barriers in the cities and their zones, and started treating the people of the country – except their followers – as if they were all suspects. They proclaimed themselves governors and gave their members the right to stop and interrogate people, and to humiliate them without rendering account to anyone.

Fourth: The symbolic figures remaining from the official Lebanese authority should know neither their shortcoming nor the predominance of Iran’s Hezb excuse them from their responsibility. They are partners of Iran’s Hezb’s hand outstretched into the official bodies, which they ridicule for their service of confronting the people of the country and seize them. The continuous hands-off approach towards Iran’s Hezb in their support of the tyrant and their manipulation in using official state departments will leave a record on the authority figures. Their apology of being overpowered in this issue will neither benefit them in the Hereafter before Allah, nor in this world before the people. In case you have been overpowered, you should do no less than resign from power and lifting your cover from those you have taken under your wing (constitutionally legitimized).

Commenting on the statement issued by “The Islamic Forces in the Bekaa” and among those present was a representative of Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Lebanon: The Hizb has concerns about some of the details contained in the statement. Therefore we like to make clear that we did not give our opinion on the final wording of the statement. This, our statement is sufficient in presenting our position on what occurred in Baalbek.
