By agreeing to this, the “Parliamentary Islamists” have gone too far to please the Military Council, America and the Zionist occupiers instead of pleasing Allah Ta’aala. They have terminated the trust placed in them by those who elected them based upon the Islamic slogans they raised.

The ‘Drafting of the Constitution’ by 50% within parliament and 50% outside it, is a deception for the people of Egypt by the Military Council and political suicide for the ‘Parliamentary Islamists’
A joint meeting of the Peoples’ Assembly and the Shura Council (in Egypt) voted that the constitution drafting committee would be composed of 50% parliamentarians and 50% of people outside parliament, made up of public figures, organizations and institutions.
By agreeing to this, the “Parliamentary Islamists” have gone too far to please the Military Council, America and the Zionist occupiers instead of pleasing Allah Ta’aala. They have terminated the trust placed in them by those who elected them based upon the Islamic slogans they raised. These parliamentarians are calling for a constitution that is based on “quotas” shared between Muslims and non-Muslims – even secularists who do not care about religion, Islamic or non-Islamic!
Thus, the political scene in Egypt is about to pause because of the circumvention of the revolution by the American-backed Military Council on the one hand, and by the political suicide of ‘parliamentary Islamists’ on the other. For they would impose a constitution based on the shared views of the various components, neglecting the fact that Egypt is an Islamic country, which should only be legally governed in all of life’s affairs by a completely Islamic constitution that emanates from the Islamic ‘aqeedah.
This country has been governed with Islam for centuries; where all of its people, Muslim and non-Muslim, lived with justice, security and safety, with no difference between a Muslim and a non-Muslim in terms of justice in looking after their affairs.
The recommendation of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم regarding being good to the Copts and of them having kinship to Muslims, is famous in the history of Islam. The Messenger’s Khulafaa’ observed this covenant to them at all times. There were no problems between Muslims and Copts until Islam’s rule in Egypt came to an end and the Islamic Constitution was removed and replaced with a man-made constitution introduced by people alien to Egypt, who did not want any good for Muslims and non-Muslims. They were the ones who created the so-called problem of ‘minorities’, disrupting things and narrowing the livelihood for Muslims and non-Muslims.
This state will not continue for long, since the people of Egypt, who put all of their trust and hope in Allah, will soon discover what is being concocted against them; for they do not see any change in the caring of their affairs at any level whether in terms of justice, economy, education, judiciary, external or internal policy, trade, industry etc.
Hence, they would continue the journey of their revolution until they achieve justice, dignity and a decent life, by a radical change through an Islamic constitution, emanating from the Islamic ‘aqeedah, under the Islamic Khilafah -which only Hizb ut-Tahrir calls and works for.
Indeed, tomorrow is near for those who wait.
