On 16th December 2014, an evil attack took place in Peshawar orchestrated by shadowy figures. The well-armed attackers struck the Army Public School, moving from classroom to classroom, killing dozens, until it exceeded over a hundred, most of them being children. Such an attack stands unreservedly condemned. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ كَتَبْنَا عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَنَّهُ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ أَوْ فَسَادٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا
“Because of that, We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land – it would be as if he killed all mankind.”
(Surah al-Maida 5:32)
And He سبحانه وتعالى said,
وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِدًا فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَابًا عَظِيمًا
“And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the wrath of Allah upon him, and a dreadful punishment is prepared for him.”
(Surah an-Nisa 4:93)
As the Muslims counted their dead, heartbroken and distraught, the regime announced in a statement issued by the Defence Ministry that, “Terrorists want to spread pain and destabilize the country but they would not be allowed to succeed in their evil designs.” However, the regime is failing to end these evil designs, restore peace and secure stability, because it itself has allowed a vast American presence within the country, which is the head of the snake!
Indeed, those who are informed of matters know well that American intelligence has long infiltrated the loose tribal networks and they incite the ignorant amongst them to turn their weapons away from the crusaders who occupy Afghanistan, onto their own Muslim brethren. Barbaric acts such as the killing of children are the direct outcome of American foreign policy, specifically the policies of low intensity conflict and covert, “black” operations. These operations are an established American ploy, practiced by its intelligence and private military all over the world, to burn countries in the fires of confusion and insecurity, which they can then exploit for their agenda.
These barbaric acts are used by the regime and its masters as a justification for low intensity conflict, in the case of Pakistan, military operations in the tribal areas, which the Americans need desperately to prevent resistance to their faltering occupation of Afghanistan. This is why on 1 December 2009, US President Obama declared, “There have been those who have said fighting against extremism is not their fight… as innocents have been killed from Karachi to Islamabad, it has become clear that it is the Pakistani people who are the most endangered by extremism.”
O Muslims of the Tribal Regions!
Those who are sincerely fighting against the US occupation in Afghanistan must denounce such massacres. They must not allow the oppressor who is ignorant of Islam to speak on their behalf, such that he furthers the American plan through his disobedience of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم. It is a duty upon you to prevent such massacres that only benefit America and turn Muslim against Muslim. RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم said,
«انْصُرْ أَخَاكَ ظَالِمًا أَوْ مَظْلُومًا»
“Support your brother, oppressed or the oppressor.” They said,
«يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَذَا نَنْصُرُهُ مَظْلُومًا فَكَيْفَ نَنْصُرُهُ ظَالِمًا»
“O Messenger of Allah, supporting the oppressed is understood, but how can we support the oppressor?” He said,
«تَأْخُذُ فَوْقَ يَدَيْه»
“Seize his hands to prevent him.” [Bukhari]
It is upon you all to act in justice and call upon the armed forces to join you as one force in the legitimate Jihad against the Kaffir occupation, expelling the American Kuffar as you expelled the Soviet Russian Kuffar before them. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا قَوَّامِينَ لِلَّهِ شُهَدَاءَ بِالْقِسْطِ وَلَا يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَآنُ قَوْمٍ عَلَى أَلَّا تَعْدِلُوا اعْدِلُوا هُوَ أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَى وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ
“O you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah as just witnesses; and let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just, that is nearer to Taqwa; and have Taqwa of Allah. Verily, Allah is Well-Acquainted with what you do.”
(Surah al-Maida 5:8)
O Muslims of Pakistan!
The regime claims on the one hand that we are fighting American agents through operations in the tribal regions, yet on the other hand, the regime allows a huge American presence on our soil to perpetrate its evil designs. This is why even when the traitorous rulers catch the American spies, such as Raymond Davis and Eugene Joel Cox, they promptly release them. This blatant contradiction is because the regime cares neither for us, nor our Deen nor the commands of our Lord, Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Our suffering and immense losses, in terms of lives and property, are a direct consequence of the regime making alliance with our enemies, showing affection to them, extending them sanctuary and provisions within our country, providing them an upper hand over us by which to strike us. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءَكُمْ مِنْ الْحَقِّ
“O you who believe! Choose not My enemies who are your enemies as friends showing them affection even when they disbelieve in that truth that has come to you.”
(Surah Mumtahina 60:1)
And He said سبحانه وتعالى,
إِن يَثْقَفُوكُمْ يَكُونُواْ لَكُمْ أَعْدَآءً وَيَبْسُطُواْ إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتَهُمْ بِالسُّوءِ وَوَدُّواْ لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ
“Should they gain the upper hand over you, they would behave to you as enemies, and stretch forth their hands and their tongues against you with evil, and they desire that you should disbelieve.”
(Surah Mumtahina 60:2)
O Officers of Pakistan’s Armed Forces!
As long as this American presence exists on our soil, we will never see an end to this devastating war, even if we were to lose far more than we have already lost. It is you who hold the physical capability to put matters straight according to the command of Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Cut the head of the snake and purify Pakistan of all American presence. Close the American Embassy and Consulates, which are fortresses in all but name, expel the enemies that roam the country to contact and spend dollars as they please, the US diplomats including its ambassador as well as the US private military and intelligence operatives. And know that these matters will only be practically realized once you extend the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the return of the Khilafah to these lands of Pakistan, the Pure, the Good.
So, give the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir under its Ameer, Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, for the return of the Khilafah, which will end division and forge unity, stop the war of Fitna and launch the large and capable Muslim armies in Jihad against the enemy, overturning defeat and securing victory, by the permission of Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمْ انفِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ اثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى الأَرْضِ أَرَضِيتُمْ بِالْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا مِنْ الآخِرَةِ فَمَا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فِي الآخِرَةِ إِلاَّ قَلِيلٌ، إِلاَّ تَنفِرُوا يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا وَيَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ وَلاَ تَضُرُّوهُ شَيْئًا
“O you who believe! What is the matter with you? When it is said to you: Go forth in the Way of Allah, you are however down to the ground with heaviness. Do you take pleasure in the life of the world rather than in the Hereafter? The comfort of the life of the world is but little than in the Hereafter. If you do not go forth, He will afflict you with a painful doom and will choose instead of you a folk other than you. You cannot harm Him at all.”
(Surah Tawba 9:38-39)
