The sisters of Hizb-ut-Tahrir - Ukraine, held the first ever Muslim Womens' conference in Ukraine. It was attended by around 835 sisters.
First Talk: Woman and her role in Nahda (revival)
Main points of the talk:
1. An insight into the role of women before Islam (Greeks, Romans, Arabs before Islam, Persians)
2. Women in light of today's capitalism
3. Women in Islam and the roles given to her
Second Talk: Women's rights and freedoms are naive slogans
Main points of the talk:
1. History of the call to free women
2. Women's misery under capitalism
3. How the calls of women rights came to the Muslim world.
4. يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ وَأُنثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِندَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ
"People, We created you all from a single man and a single women, and made you into races and tribes so that you should recognise one another. In Allah's eyes, the most honoured of you are the ones most mindful of Him: Allah is all knowing, all aware." [Al-Hujjurat: 13]
Third Talk: Maternity, the Womans' main role
Main points of the talk:
1. The main role of women - Maternity
2. How the west succeeded in changing the Muslims' concepts about Women's role

Reading the press statement and viewing the pictures for the conference really brings tears of happiness to my eyes. 10 years ago you would not believe that such support and work for the Khilafah would exist in the heart of Eastern Europe. Today by Allah's grace and Might it is a reality! May Allah keep you strong oh shabab of ukraine. |

Sisters in Islam Ukraine is the epicentre for religious talks. I like my religion the way it is but Ukraine will one day fall to islam. For islam is the main religion and inshallah more conferences please. |

Mashallah. May Allah bless such efforts. Its is truley inspirationla stuff. It feels as though that that as each day pases by some part of the Ummha's body is gaining strengeth, each day fresh blood flows through part of the body. Each day the the ummah's call fror the return of shariah gets louder. We have mass public opinion - if any influentila or army general is reading this then - take note Hizb ut tahir is apoliticla party - why dont you give them the nussrah? can you not see the ummah isyearning for Khilafah? why dont you stop defending and protecting those horrible dictators who are more close to washington and london then you. You too are part of the Ummah, give the nusrah! take your share in the rewards. Take yiur share in laying the foundations of the state. Read your History! What happend after the second pledge of Aqaba? The victoru will come but on the day of Judgemnet when you stand infront of your Rabb the creator or the worlds - what excuse will you bring? |
