O Muslims: Establish Your Khilafah. By it Alone your Shariah is Implemented and in it Alone is your Legitimacy

The Presidential Elections Commission, headed by Judge Anwar al-Asi, announced in a press conference on Tuesday evening 03/06, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi winning the position of president of the Republic of Egypt. Al-Sisi gained 23,780,104 votes with a percentage of 96.9%, of the votes. The Electoral Commission announced that the turnout in the presidential elections was 47.45% of the total eligible voters, with 25,578,190 people voted.

This election is considered in the eyes of the new system, as building a new legitimacy that it has been looking for over the past months after the dismissal of President Mohamed Morsi, and the so-called future map that was announced at the time. When observing this it seems that we are in a state of conflict between two legitimacies; a dismissed legitimacy and another legitimacy that is holding the reins of power, “Everyone claims to have their way with Laylaa .. but Laylaa does not attest to that”. Both legitimacies are false being based on a corrupt basis which is their falsehood claim that the sovereignty is for the people. The fake 97% will not give legitimacy to the new president, it will not benefit him when the Ummah is moving to regain its usurped authority when establishing the Khilafah soon, and nor that the reiterated and dull talk about the return of the legitimate will restore Mohamed Morsi the rule. This is because the Ummah has realized that the real legitimacy will come when the Ummah pledges Bayah (allegiance) to a pious and pure Khaleefah; behind whom they fight and by him they are protected.

This Ummah is an Islamic Ummah; its Deen is a universal religion; a complete and a comprehensive religion for every walk of life. No Muslim can claim that Islam has no ruling for anything that existed in the past or is currently being or will occur in the future, after he hears the words of Allah Almighty:

الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإسْلامَ دِينًا

“This day I have perfected your deen, bestowed my favour upon you, and have chosen Islam as your way of life”

(Al-Mai’da: 3)

And His words:

“And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things and as guidance and mercy and good tidings for the Muslims.”

(An-Nahl: 89)

Thus Islam has its political system that is unique and outstanding, the Khilafah system, in which the Ummah pledges a legitimate Bayah to a Khaleefah on the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم, and this alone is the real legitimacy, because its source is the revelation. O Muslims abandon all systems that oppose the system of Islam and reject all legitimacies except its legitimacy.

We invite you to work hard and earnestly with Hizb ut Tahrir that intertwines day and night working to restore the Khilafah Ar-Rashida. It is a great obligation that is commanded by your Lord, and He forbade you to refer to other Kufr legislation that Allah did not give any authority to it. Through it alone, your Shariah is implemented in all your life affairs, and in which alone is your legitimacy. So raise your voices to demand it and pursue to establish it; it is our fortified fort, the source of our pride and glory. By it our honor is protected, our diaspora is gathered, our word is united and our wealth is protected. Abstaining from establishing a Khaleefah to the Muslims is one of the major sins because it is the failure to do an obligation which is one of the most important obligations in Islam and on which the establishment of the provisions of the Deen depends, rather the presence of Islam in the realm of life depends on it. The Islamic Khilafah is the Islamic way to live by Islam and for Islam and it is the vital issue for Muslims. It is also a way to achieve the obligation of unity of Muslims under one banner, one presidency and one leadership.

“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.”
