On Friday, 06/03/2015 CE, the so-called Popular Committees in the province of Aden embarked on arresting two members of Hizb ut Tahrir, they are Brother Ali Abdullah Bulsod (aged 24 years) and Brother Abdullah Saleh Junaidi (aged 26 years); following the distribution of a leaflet by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Yemen, after Friday prayers in which the party illustrated the Kaffir colonist conflict in Yemen. The distributed leaflet entitled “America Leads the Coup, Britain Foils it and the Victims are the People of Yemen.”
The encroachment of the Popular Committees in Aden on the arrest of Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir is a truly political and intellectual bankruptcy of these committees, as it is the same bankruptcy of the Houthis Popular Committees when they embarked on arresting Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir in Sana’a, Amran, Ibb. This, if anything, indicates the confusion of these Popular Committees and the lack of knowledge of what is happening around them of events and what is being plotted against Yemen and its people from foreign conspiracies implemented by regional hands, and that they are the implementing tools of these plots, whether they know it or not.
What America aims at from undertaking these absurdity acts in Yemen is to control the wealth and capabilities of the people of Yemen, through exerting pressure on Hadi by Houthis, to legitimize their decisions through appointments by Republic resolutions signed by Hadi, and then besieging him and his Prime Minister after they submitted their resignations and putting them under house arrest. Then the culmination of the coup through the Constitutional Declaration and the work to find the legitimacy of the coup by Jamal bin Omar, through dialogue between the Houthis and the rest of the political parties loyal to the English. However, Britain confronted these actions by establishing Popular Committees in Yemen along the lines of the Houthis committees, particularly in the south and Ma’rib. As well as it instructed Hadi and his Prime Minister Bahah to submit their resignations and hence, the painful strike to America, by facilitating Hadi’s exit to Eden then his retreat from resignation and declaring null and void all the decisions and appointments made after 21 September. It has also instructed GCC to deal with Hadi as the legitimate president of the country, and the visit of the Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council to Aden and his meeting with Hadi is only a proof of that.
Hizb ut Tahrir, which works in the Ummah for reviving it intellectually to resume the Islamic way of life through the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah State on the method of the Prophethood, will not be deterred, by what these groups, parties and committees are doing of arrests of the Hizb’s Shabab, from continuing its call for the Ummah to establish the crown of the obligations; the Khilafah Rashidah State on the method of the Prophethood.
We in Hizb ut Tahrir call these Popular Committees to renounce agency for abroad and hasten to remedy the situation by responding to the call of Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah that preserve Yemen and other Muslim countries of the cunning of the Kafir colonizers. We also call them to release the Dawah carriers and to be their supporters and helpers in exposing the Kafir West schemes in the country of the people of Iman and wisdom, as well as exposing the local and regional tools. And do not be a hindrance and a rampart in the arrival of ideas, systems and provisions of Islam to the people. They should seek to gain the pleasure of Allah, the Almighty by carrying the idea, the method and the aim of the sincere to the project of this Ummah so that their actions become a witness to them not witness on them.
