O Muslims of Pakistan! The monumental failure of the current leadership to provide us prosperity and security is now more obvious than ever before.
Regarding our wealth, the current leadership is destroying our economy, according to dictates from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), including those found in the Letter of Intent of 12 March 2015. The large sources of public or state revenue, such as the energy and mineral sectors or the large scale telecommunications, transport and construction, are being handed over to private companies through systematic privatization, depriving us of the means to secure our essential expenses, including health and education. The regime is then burdening us with ever increasing rates and types of taxation, crippling our manufacturing and trading. As if this all were not bad enough, the regime is plunging us deeper into debt to the IMF and other colonialist financial institutions, taking more loans with interest such that we will never ever be able to pay back the principle.
Regarding our security, our armed forces are prevented from eradicating the American Raymond Davis network of spies and infiltrators that arrange the slaughter of civilian and military alike. Instead the regime ensures that these foreign criminals enter our country without scrutiny, establish their bases in our sensitive areas, roam freely within our cities and secure hasty release whenever they are caught. At the same time, the armed forces are being mobilized to crush the hardy fighters in North Waziristan, who for over a decade have prevented the American occupation of Afghanistan from settling. As if this all were not bad enough, the regime is now working hard to implement the dictates of the US State Department initiative, the Joint Working Group on Counter-Terrorism and Law Enforcement (JWG-CTLE), in the form of National Action Plan whose sole purpose is the suppression of Islam in Pakistan. Thus the Raheel-Nawaz regime is suppressing Islamic expression in the media, social media and the political medium, denouncing it as “hate speech”, “radicalism” and “Islamism,” whilst seizing thousands of sincere Ulema and politicians who call for Jihad against America’s occupation of Afghanistan and from the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir who work for the resumption of the Islamic way of life by the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah upon the method of the Prophethood in Pakistan and in all of the Muslim lands.
O Muslims of Pakistan!
The failure of the current leadership to provide us prosperity and security is because of their adherence to Democracy. Democracy is based upon the rule of people, so that its government manipulates laws to look after its own interests and those of its Western colonialist masters. Thus, in Democracy, the rulers and the opposition sit together in parliament to make constitutional amendments, laws, rules and regulations according to their whims and desires, granting legal cover for the colonialist dictations, ensuring grave losses to our economy and security.
We can never have hope in Democracy, regardless of who comes to govern by it. Any such hope is like striking a hammer on our own feet, crippling us from any movement for real change. Democracy ensures that its authority never feels responsibility to the people nor does it fear the accountability of Allah سبحانه وتعالى in the Hereafter. The basis of Democracy is the rejection of the Deen of Allah سبحانه وتعالى as a complete way of life. It commands what Allah سبحانه وتعالى and His Messenger ﷺ have forbidden and forbids that which they commanded. Democracy can only increase our problems and hardships, bringing us harm in this life and the Hereafter. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْ ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنكًا وَنَحْشُرُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَعْمَى
“Whosoever turns away from My Reminder, verily, for him is a life of hardship, and We shall raise him blind on the Day of Resurrection.”
(Surah Ta-Ha: 124)
O Muslims of Pakistan!
There is only one solution to Democracy, which is its immediate abolition and replacement by the ruling system of Islam, the Khilafah. Throughout the era of ruling by Islam, Muslims lived in justice and security, from the time of the Messenger ﷺ in Madinah, through the period of the Khulafaa Rashideen and then throughout the eras of the succeeding Khilafah until the British colonialists abolished the Uthmani Khilafah in Turkey in 1924 with the help of some traitors within the Arab and Turks. The Khilafah state provided its citizens, Muslims and non-Muslims, with security and prosperity domestically and status and honor in the international arena.
It is upon us all to work with Hizb ut-Tahrir now in its struggle to restore Islam as a way of life, for it is the only sincere and aware leadership that calls for the abolition of Democracy and the re-establishment of the Khilafah. Only then will we have a leadership that fears Allah سبحانه وتعالى alone, ruling by the Truth and caring for all the people, regardless of ethnicity, school of thought, religion, wealth or status. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ لِتَحْكُمَ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ بِمَا أَرَاكَ الله
“Indeed, We have revealed upon you (O Muhammad ﷺ) a Book in Truth, to rule between the people by what Allah has shown you.”
(Surah an-Nisa’a 4:105)
Only then will we see the end of the rule of force and tyranny and the return of the rule of Islam by a Khilafah State. Ahmed narrated that RasulAllah ﷺ said,
«ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكًا جَبْرِيَّةً فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ ثُمَّ سَكَتَ»
“Then there will be rule of force, and it will remain as long as Allah will it to remain. Then Allah will end it when He wills. Then there will be a Khilafah on the Way of the Prophetood.” Then he fell silent.
O Officers of Pakistan’s Armed Forces!
Democracy has only brought us humiliation before our enemies and we have never seen our economy worse. Democracy has failed from the time of the Musharraf-Aziz regime, through to the Kayani-Zardari regime and now under the Raheel-Nawaz regime. So, why do you still allow traitors in your leadership to use you in burning the people in the furnace of Democracy in our lands? It is upon you now to end the stinking farce of democracy, by granting Nussrah (Material Support) to Hizb ut-Tahrir under its Ameer, eminent scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, to reestablish the Khilafah State upon the method of the Prophethood immediately.
وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ
“And Allah will surely support those who support Him. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might.”
(al-Hajj: 40)
And lest you feel any hesitation through fear of losing worldly gains, we remind you of the great reward of those people of power who preceded you in establishing Islam as a state, by giving their Nussrah to RasulAllah ﷺ. Remember, O progeny of Ansaar, how when Sa’ad (ra) died, his mother wept and RasulAllah ﷺ told her,
«ليرقأ (لينقطع) دمعك، ويذهب حزنك، فإن ابنك أول من ضحك الله له واهتز له العرش»
“Your tears would recede and your sorrow be lessened if you know that your son is the first person for whom Allah smiled and His Throne trembled.” [At-Tabarani]
Remember brothers, for it is your time. Your people await your coming forwards to ensure their liberation from the yoke of Kufr rule and the restoration of ruling by Islam. Will you respond?
