In Jordan, as in all Sykes-Picot regimes, anyone who calls for the application of the law of Allah is prosecuted and brought to trial. So, why do these regimes fear the voice of the Truth held by Hizb ut Tahrir to reach people, so that people will perceive their civilization project which has been obligated upon them by the Lord of the Worlds and become aware of the magnitude of the injustice and corruption brought about by the application of the capitalist system on them!?
And why do these regimes resort to imprisonment and muzzling the mouths of all those who oppose their opinion, and present a solution and thought contrary to their vision? As if they are saying what Pharaoh said to Moses peace be upon him:
لَئِنِ اتَّخَذْتَ إِلَٰهًا غَيْرِي لَأَجْعَلَنَّكَ مِنَ الْمَسْجُونِينَ
“[Pharaoh] said, “If you take a god other than me, I will surely place you among those imprisoned.”.”
[Ash-Shu’ara: 29]?!
Why is the engineer Ismail Alwahwah (Abu Anas), who was detained on his arrival at Queen Alia Airport, interrogated by the Jordanian Intelligence Department and then transferred to prison to be brought before the State Security Court on charges of inciting subversion of the regime merely for demanding arbitration of Allah’s Law as our Lord commanded us in the explicit text:
وَأَنِ احْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَن يَفْتِنُوكَ عَن بَعْضِ مَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ أَن يُصِيبَهُم بِبَعْضِ ذُنُوبِهِمْ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنَ النَّاسِ لَفَاسِقُونَ
“And judge, [O Muhammad], between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations and beware of them, lest they tempt you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. And if they turn away – then know that Allah only intends to afflict them with some of their [own] sins. And indeed, many among the people are defiantly disobedient.”
[Al-Maida: 49]?!
And why is Ustaadh Mu’tasim al-Salem being tried before the State Security Court, detained in solitary confinement where he is suffering from diseases and pain in his back, and prevented from the natural comforts in his cell in al-Muwaqqar prison with the same accusation and with the same false evidences, as in the case of the previous Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir (Sheikh Abu Imad Saeed Radwan, Dr. Salem Al-Jaradat and Ustaadh Hamza Bani Issa)?!
Why are the noble and pious being persecuted, and Hizb ut Tahrir is a political party calling for the resumption of the Islamic way of life by applying the law of Allah Almighty in the state of Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood that unites the Ummah and restores its glory and dignity that it lost after the removal of the Khilafah state by the Kaffir West, in particular Britain and its puppets of Arabs and Turks?! And when the Hizb carries out the call to establish the Khilafah State, it does so in accordance with the obligation of the Lord of the Worlds, and in the manner followed by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in his call to establish the state in Al-Madinah, that is, through the intellectual struggle and political action, which does not involve physical/material actions. It reveals to the public and to the Ummah its ideas and political opinions, in all its literature openly and confidently, and does not fear for the sake of Allah (swt) the blame of any blamers, as it has nothing to hide…
O our people, our tribes and our ancestry in Jordan:
O sincere people of thought and policy:
O honest and free people of press and media:
There is no doubt that you can see, hear and feel what is going on in the country of corruption in the government, its people and its supporters. The country’s capabilities are sold but not to its people, and the sincere, the pious and the pure are being persecuted, tried and imprisoned, whereas the corrupt and the spoilers roam safely and confidently under the protection and order of the regime. Taxes of all forms have destroyed crops and animals, and what is to come is worse, and the country is buffeted by waves of conspiracies and submissive solutions… And by Allah, we have no recourse but to resort to Allah and return to Him, to support His religion, protect His Dawah carriers and prevent the oppressors, even if they were our own sons, for the treatment, though bitter, it is much better than the life of humiliation and disgrace that we and you live in.
To the glory of this world and the vastness of the Hereafter, we call upon you, by working to support the Deen of Allah by applying it as a reality embodied in the state of the Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood, the promise of Allah Almighty and the good tidings of His Messenger ﷺ, and by working with Hizb ut Tahrir, protecting its Shabab and defending them and taking on the hands of those who wronged them in this life. May Allah Almighty consider us with His mercy, so He provides us with victory and support, indeed He is competent to do that, and He is capable to answer the call.
وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ * وَعْدَ اللَّهِ لَا يُخْلِفُ اللَّهُ وَعْدَهُ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ * يَعْلَمُونَ ظَاهِرًا مِنَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَهُمْ عَنِ الْآَخِرَةِ هُمْ غَافِلُونَ
.“And on that Day, the believers will rejoice. * With the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. * [It is] the promise of Allah. Allah does not fail in His promise, but most of the people do not know. * They know what is apparent of the worldly life, but they, of the Hereafter, are unaware.”
[Ar-Rum: 4-7]
