Recently, a powerful Senate panel of Armed Services Committee has asked Pentagon to expand its maritime security initiative to three additional countries, including Bangladesh. It is now crystal clear that the US Pacific Command Commander Navy Admiral Harry B. Harris’s visit to Bangladesh earlier this month was connected to this heinous plan. Although, it came in the media that Hasina and Harry B. Harris were talking about some $3.6 million multinational training facility at the Bangladesh Institute of Peace Support Operations Training, Harry B. Harris’s main objective was to make sure that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, as an agent of America, fulfils her part to implement their strategic plan for South and South East Asia region.
We ask Sheikh Hasina to clear her stance in this regard and not to deceive the people. Also we notice a complete blackout in our muzzled news media on the issue of American encroachment into our maritime boundary. The way news agencies were let to highlight so much on the so-called wining of maritime dispute against Myanmar and India, mysteriously a complete dictatorial control is being observed on this vital maritime issue. Sheikh Hasina is also walking along the same path of her counterparts from other Muslim countries, that is, letting crusader America slowly advance into our territory in a very tactical manner.
In this neo-colonial era, we know when the evil American forces enter into any Muslim land, they never do it in a single move, but rather in stages, as in the cases of Iraq and Afghanistan. After getting its military totally exhausted in its war with these two Muslim countries, US wanted to reduce its overseas strategic burden and got the Pakistani military heavily involved in its notorious ‘War on Terror’ in the name of combating terrorism, joint exercise and training etc. But ultimately Pakistan is caught up in chaos, anarchy and havoc directly orchestrated by the USA. Sadly, it seems that the same scenarios are set to be repeated in this country as well.
We appeal to our valiant army that they must ensure our security and safeguard the interest of the Ummah. Our land and defense forces can’t be used to serve America’s geo-political interest. We don’t want to see our efficient and dignified forces acting as shields to secure American hegemony and protect their businesses.
O Muslim Army! Remember the history of the noble role your predecessors played in the expansion of Islamic dawah and territories of Khilafah (Caliphate). Similarly, today you have duties towards Allah (swt) which is to look after the interest of the Ummah of Mohammad ﷺ. May Allah Azza Wa Jal bring the goodness out of you so that you prevent Bangladesh from becoming another American scapegoat to be lost to its war and occupation as we have seen with Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
وَقَدْ مَكَرُوا مَكْرَهُمْ وَعِنْدَ اللَّهِ مَكْرُهُمْ وَإِنْ كَانَ مَكْرُهُمْ لِتَزُولَ مِنْهُ الْجِبَالُ
“And they had planned their plan, but with Allah is [recorded] their plan, even if their plan had been [sufficient] to do away with the mountains.”
(Surah Al-Ibrahim: 46)
