The court in St Petersburg issued verdicts criminalising two Shabab due to their affiliation to Hizb ut Tahrir. On March 31st, the Regional Moscow military court in the final hearing sentenced Roman Ivanov (born in 1980) to 13 years and four months of hard labour in accordance to the first part of the article 205.5.1 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation (Organising acts of a terrorist organisation). On the previous day, March 30th, Segei Bablokov (born in 1982) was sentenced to 12.5 years imprisonment with hard labour in accordance to the first part of article 205.5 (Organising acts of terrorist organisation) and the first part of article 282.2 (Organising acts of an extremist organisation) from the Russian Penal Code.
The public security services and the members of the court have once again shown that the Da’wah to Islam in Russia is forbidden and is classified as being ‘terrorism’. All that the court was able to produce in terms of evidence was the accusation of organising a gathering of people of the same single religion to discuss religious and political questions. Within this context two Muslim young men, of Russian origins, were sentenced due to their affiliation to Hizb ut Tahrir which has been classified as being a terrorist organisation and only in Russia!!!
Fighting against Islam is considered to be one of the priorities of the Russia regime. So we see them alongside Assad undertaking a criminal extermination against the revolutionaries and civilians in Syria. They also undertake the same war inside Russia by bringing about the conditions necessary to repress the Muslims and Islamic groups; those who are not registered within the bracket of ‘traditional Islam’.
The exposed groups which are resentful and in opposition to Islam indicates the fear of the corrupt Russian regime from the resumption of the Islamic way of life, which there is no escape globally, through the establishment of the Islamic Khilafah upon the path of the Prophethood, as was mentioned in the Hadeeth related by Ahmad: «… ثم تكون على منهاج النبوة» “… Then there will be a Khilafah upon the methodology of the Prophethood.”
And as such, the members of Hizb ut Tahrir have complete certainty about the return of the rightly guided Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the path of the Prophethood and that the Da’wah of Islam that Allah has sent as a way of life for the whole of humanity is the very reason why the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir are repressed in Russia whilst their accusing them of acts of ‘terrorism’ are nothing but falsities and great lies.
قُلْ هَـٰذِهِ سَبِيلِي أَدْعُو إِلَى اللَّـهِ ۚ عَلَىٰ بَصِيرَةٍ أَنَا وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَنِي ۖ وَسُبْحَانَ اللَّـهِ وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ
“Say: This is my path. I call to Allah upon clear vision (awareness). I and those who follow me. Glory be to Allah and I am not from the Mushrikeen”
