In a poorly produced and directed sitcom, the first Vice-President of the Republic, the Minister of Defense, General Awad bin Auf, announced that he had uprooted the regime and reserved al-Bashir after his arrest in a safe place. And appointing himself as the head of a military council whose members were not disclosed to date, except for Lieutenant General Kamal Abdul Maarouf, who took the oath as vice-president of the military council, and so did Ibn Auf before him. Ibn Auf had suspended the interim constitution for 2005, declared a state of emergency for three months, and a month-long curfew, from 10 pm to 4 am, through a statement read by Ibn Auf on Thursday 11/4/2019.
The revolutionaries understood that it was just a diversion and misguidance meant to circumvent their demands to overthrow the regime, so they declared that they would continue to sit in before the General Command of the army, in a clear defiance of the declared curfew. The revolutionaries have so far remained protesting, insisting on the implementation of their demands for the departure of the regime and all its symbols, including Ibn Auf.
We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan, and in order to fortify this revolution from the revolutions’ thieves, who have re-produced the unjust, corrupt and corrupting old regimes in Egypt, Tunisia and Yemen, we state that the following must be done:
First: Eradicate the regime from its roots, its constitution, its laws and institutions, and its symbols that have desecrated the sanctities, shed blood, and consumed people’s money unlawfully, whether in situations of the enforcement of the constitution or its suspension by emergency. The arrest of al-Bashir in a safe place is not uprooting of the system, rather it is purely a deception and recycling of the same corrupt system.
Secondly: The aim should be to bring about a just system that will apply the righteous law of Allah and take care of the affairs of the people by the provisions of Islam. This can only be achieved by the establishment of the state of Islam, Khilafah Rashidah (righteous Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood.
Thirdly: To have no reliance on the Kafir colonial countries, especially America, the head of the snake, and the protector of the present regime, for it is definitely behind this sitcom to install its agents. It is necessary to rely on Allah Al-Qawi (the All-Strong) Al-Mateen (the Steadfast), and then on the sincere sons of this Ummah.
Fourth: To circumvent a sincere leadership that does not relate to the Kafir colonizers; America and Europe. And the way to do so is to work with the frontrunner that does not lie to its people; Hizb ut Tahrir, which is a conscious and honest ideological and political leadership and seeks with the Ummah and through it to bring the real change on the basis of the Great Islam.
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ
“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered”
