Unification of the factions and their integration into a single military entity is a legitimate and popular demand, and we have asked you previously to unify before these painful circumstances.

But what is happening today almost divides the arena into two parts, and it is a division that contains many risks and caveats, making any future fighting between the two teams catastrophic, that would eradicate Ash-Sham revolution, Allah forbid.

This catastrophic division is a natural outcome for not taking a correct political leadership by those in charge of the affairs of the revolution, the civilians and the military. A political leadership that is capable to gather the word on the clear political project derived from the Quran and Sunnah and the fundamentals of the revolution that pleases Allah سبحانه وتعالى, that plots the future in Syria and the Levant, and avoids the arena the ambiguity in objectives and goals, which was a major cause of the conflict and disagreement.

As for the political party that we call on all parties to unite under its leadership, it is Hizb ut Tahrir.

As for the fundamentals, which the talk of the disagreeing parties must meet upon, they are: sever all connections with the West and its cronies of the agent rulers including their filthy political money, overthrow the regime with all its symbols and pillars, and establish the Khilafah State upon the method of the Prophethood.

The clear political project is the Khilafah project presented by Hizb ut Tahrir, explaining the minute details of its constitution, structure, institutions and the mechanisms of its governance.

Therefore, the new military entities should rise to the level of awareness reached by the Ummah, and proceed in the right path, thus they unify all under the political leadership of Hizb ut Tahrir, which will guide the energies towards the correct direction, and establishes the state of the Ummah, the Khilafah (Caliphate) State, by the permission of Allah al- Aziz al-Hakim.

Thus, we turn our revolution from confusion, improvisation and the decline into the abyss, to the deliberate work at a steady pace on insight and guidance, thus enabling us the victory from Allah سبحانه وتعالى,

أَفَمَنْ يَمْشِي مُكِبًّا عَلَى وَجْهِهِ أَهْدَى أَمَّنْ يَمْشِي سَوِيًّا عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ

“Then is one who walks fallen on his face better guided or one who walks erect on a straight path?”

(Al-Mulk: 22)
