The United Nations Independent Experts report on human rights was issued on 28/8/ 2018, dealing with the situation of human rights in Yemen. The report is criticized by the Hadi government and the coalition for dealing with the Houthis under the name of the de facto authority. The Houthi leader, Abdul Malik Al-Houthi, was given the name ‘leader of the revolution’ and it called what the government of Hadi and the coalition call the process of liberation of Hodeidah an aggression, in addition to other drawbacks that angered Hadi and his government and the Saudi-UAE coalition.
The coalition and the government of Hadi accused the UN report of bias and being illogical and said its descriptions of the Houthis are incompatible with UN resolutions on the Yemeni crisis. The report described the Houthi fighters as “forces” and described fighters under the “legitimacy” of Hadi as “militia”.
We have repeatedly stated that the United Nations is only one of the tools of America, the dominant state in the world, the criminal state that legitimizes the Houthis and wants to bring them into power in Yemen. It is no wonder that it describes them as a de facto authority. The UN reports have upset the British agents Hadi and the UAE and those who follow them, as it disturbed Saudi Arabia, America’s agent, because these reports give a right to the Houthis and treat them as a state. UN reports have become blackmail records against the parties of the conflict in Yemen, especially for the coalition countries, which are blackmailed by America under the name of “targeting civilians” and other terms used by the International law; that it has created to serve its interests and humiliate the agents and non- agents according to it, while we see the United States of America, the master of criminality, kills and burns the innocent people of Syria through its criminal agent Bashar, along with Russia and Iran without mercy or even an international uproar. These criminals try all their forbidden and permitted weapons to abort the revolution in Syria and to instill the rule of Bashar the criminal, even if this led to the annihilation of all of the people of Syria all. But in Yemen, we see how America and its United Nations are quick to exert pressure and threaten and scaremonger Houthis’ opponents and prevent any strike against them, although the Houthis chant day and night: death to America! But this is deception to cover up their subordination and to fool the ordinary people of Yemen who are deceived by empty slogans.
O honourable people of Yemen! The United Nations is not a charity organization seeking the good and wants to stop the bloodshed, but it is a speckled snake and lethal poison; it gives weight to America’s agents, but gives little to the British agents.
Hizb ut Tahrir has shown in more than one statement the truth of the colonial struggle in Yemen, explaining the prohibition of participating in it and fighting for it, and it is not biased to any one of these conflicting parties at the expense of the other party; it exposes the conflict in Yemen and exposes those behind it from the colonial powers and its international, regional or local tools.
Is it not time for you, our people in Yemen, that you should be ruled by the law of Allah and stop putting your trust in the United Nations, and be warned of relying on the oppressors? Is it not time for you to stop the bloodshed and protect your honour and save yourselves, your families and your Ummah by establishing the Khilafah Rashida state (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood? The believer is intelligent and is not bitten from one hole twice. How can one who believes in Allah and the Last Day refer in judgment to the taghoot (non-Islam) and rely on it and hand over the country and the people to its colonial criminal decisions, which only exacerbate issues, and increase the weakness, division and fighting between Muslims, if you are wise?!
