UN envoy to Yemen, Ismail Ould Cheik Ahmed, said last Saturday, that he and the two delegations of the Houthis and Saleh’s party from one side and the government’s delegation will be departing from Kuwait, whilst the consultations will resume within a month at a venue that will be agreed upon. He added that there is no thinking about changing the venue of the consultations and that Kuwait had provided all the facilities and support for the consultations, at a time when he called all sides to stop the war and make more concessions and guarantees for the sake of realising peace. And he noted the optimism about the consultations’ results stating however any peace talks require time and saving the deteriorated economic situation in Yemen will not happen except by a lasting political accord.

These statements and positions come after the Houthis and Ali Saleh’s party announced their formation of a political council made up of ten people split between them bringing about a new situation in which the Houthis and Saleh’s party had become partners in respect to administering the country and taking vital decisions within the coming period.

It is clear that the international envoy, who is the implementer of the UN’s policies which realise the American interests, has given the green light to the Houthis to accept the formation of the political council that has been announced and which was split between the Houthis and Ali Saleh’s party. The imposition of the political council has provided a new position for the Houthis, through which they will be able to bypass the Security Council Resolution 2216 which the parties of the conflict are still debating in respect to which of its parts should be implemented first. And so Hadi and his government are demanding that the Houthis surrender their arms and withdraw from the cities whilst the Houthis want the formation of a partnership government through which the remainder of the parts of the 2216 Resolution will be implemented!! That is on top of the dispute between them in respect to the cancellation of the constitutional declaration and the revolutionary committee, both of which were set up by the Houthis under duress form the people and before their opponents in the case where they were incapable of administering the country through them both. Therefore, the announcement of the formation of this political council represents an announcement from them to bypass all that preceded.

The UN envoy has continued to lie and lie about the negotiations and the nearness to reaching a peaceful solution that ends the crisis. And here he is still lying even though Hadi and his government who are loyal to the English announced the failure of the past Kuwait consultations and that they represent nothing more than an attempt to delay so that the Houthis can gain more legitimacy and power.

The UN with its policy is preparing the ground for more chaos, infighting and bringing the country to even greater economic deterioration that is suffering from as a result of the Anglo-American struggle over Yemen and its resources. These positions are not strange for the one whose thinking emanates from Iman and wisdom when passing judgement upon the UN and America which controls it and has dominate dover it for decades. Those who look at the issue shallowly view that the UN envoy to Yemen, Ismail Ould Cheik Ahmed has failed in his mission and task, whilst the correct view is that he implementing the American policy which he conceals with an army of lies. His apparent failure only represents a part that serves the hidden mission that he has been delegated to fulfil in respect to giving legitimacy to the Houthis and providing them with an escape from the dilemma and predicament that they have fallen in.

O people of Yemen! Verily Allah has warned us of relying upon the oppressors and transgressors and He has prohibited that we allow the disbelievers to have a way (authority) over us, to know that the sides and parties of the struggle are those who have brought calamities upon you and have led you towards wars, Fitnah (discord), crises and trials. And here they are today creating with their struggle more economic crises in the country so that the sustenance of the people in their view has become no more than cards that each party uses to apply pressure on its opponent for the sake of acquiring authority or a part of it. So resolve your affair, O people of Yemen to escape from these despicable circumstances and that is by working alongside the sincere Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir working for the sake of bringing into existence the Imam who is the shield and the State that looks after the people’s affairs. That is because it is not just any state, but rather it is the rightly guided Khilafah state (Caliphate) upon the methodology of the Prophethood, and for that let those who compete, compete.
