Afghan President, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, said: “Over the next four years, nearly 6 billion dollars will be spent on Afghan Air Forces.” To scrutinize the security condition and reach the problems of the armed forces, he met the military and official authorities of 201 Selaab Corps during his visit to the eastern zone of Afghanistan. Ghani also said that after the announcement of the new U.S. strategy, the support of Resolute Mission has increased, and will excessively increase. He added: “I assure you in this arena that the number of Foreign Air Forces have been doubled in the past three days; henceforth, I am hopeful that the Air Forces will show their full cooperation.” Meanwhile, on Thursday, James Mattis, the U.S. Defense Secretary told the reporters that he has signed the declaration of sending new troops to Afghanistan. After the announcement of Trump’s new strategy on Afghanistan and South Asia, the military efforts of the U.S. Air Forces have sharply increased. As a result of the dramatic increase of the U.S. air strikes in Afghanistan, dozens of civilians, including women and children, have recently been martyred (killed) in Nangarhar, Kunduz, Herat and Logar provinces. The proliferation of such air strikes on civilians strongly implies the horror of the war, not a peace which has been always whispered in a demagogical way. Therefore, the peace which the U.S. seeks with the insurgents would only be achieved through a war against “Terrorism and Extremism”, as well as the insurgents are required to accept all conditions of the U.S. for peace. In the meantime, according to a recent report of the United Nations, the civilian casualties within the operations in the first six months of 2017, compared to the first six months of 2016, show a 43 percent increase.

In such brutal situation where innocent people are heinously killed, the coward rulers kept silent and didn’t raise their voice. Whereas some time before, the disgraceful Afghan rulers sent a series of condolences to the families of Indian forces victims due to their death in Kashmir. Along with this, the spokesmen and loudspeakers of the government always try to impudently and shamelessly justify the crimes of the U.S. and NATO by using various means, which in fact has led to an unprecedented increase of hatred in public opinion against the government of John Kerry.

Hence, through such statements, the mercenary rulers make their efforts to deceive the public opinion concerning the casualties of civilians and increase of hatred against the government through investing on military forces and declining hatred against the government. While Afghans have seen billions of dollars being spent by the U.S. over the past 16 years, which not only has developed the lifestyle of Afghan people, nor has brought improvement for Afghan Security Forces who have been running the proxy war of the U.S. and NATO on various battlefronts, and the number of casualties are increasing day by day. In fact, a profitable business goes on the medicines of the injured soldiers at the hospitals and over their corpses in the morgues, as their bodies are kept in the fridge for months. The body will be handed over to the victim’s family after receiving the bribe. Since the injured military personnel have the right to treatment from the government, their relatives are required to buy the necessary medicines from the drugstore. Meanwhile, the governmental medicines related to wounded soldiers are being sold on the black market; as a result of such corrupt situations and carelessness by the government, families of the martyred soldiers have lost their hopes and optimism. In addition, joining security forces has led to sharp reduction; Thus, the number of fugitives from the battlefields and the surrenderers to the insurgents have risen incredibly.

On the other hand, the deployment of more troops to Afghanistan is part of the new U.S. strategy to win a 16-year war against Taliban insurgents and other groups in Afghanistan. Mattis has said that the U.S. forces have the right to fight the enemy in addition to training Afghan Security Forces. In fact, this is against the terms of the shameful BSA of Kabul – Washington where U.S. forces once again enjoin the terror, horror, and retaliation which proves for the thousandth times that the U.S. does not adhere to any covenant, treaty or agreement, and its senior officials pursue only the militarism, horror, occupation and colonization of Islamic lands.

However, these days a new lie of the U.S. was revealed in Afghanistan, as the U.S. had announced the number of its present troops ranged to 8400 in Afghanistan, while on August 30, the Defense Department stated that currently 11,000 U.S. soldiers are present in Afghanistan. Along with this, tens of thousands of other soldiers are present in Afghanistan in the form of private security companies and intelligence agencies, but still no one dares to ask these colonialists about the number of fake soldiers and the bloodsheds on the part of the Muslims, or to seek clarification from their mercenary rulers concerning their shameful deceptions.

As a result, what all mentioned above are coming from the consecutive scandals and sequential betrayals of the traitor rulers. They are nothing more than an advocate of enemy’s crimes, implementer of their colonial plans, and conductors of the U.S. military projects’ advancement in the region. Each of their actions are based on the deceptive folly politics and they deceive the public opinion in favor of the U.S. through lying to people. Therefore, the Muslims of this land must understand their successive treacherous and they should always fight for change in order to eliminate the power of these traitors, and let them be punished for their slanderous acts through the reestablishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) based on the method of the Prophethood, and to go after these colonialists to their political and religious capitals.
