On Tuesday, 22/11/2016, the intelligence and security apparatus of the locality Umbaddah in Omdurman, arrested two members of Hizb ut Tahrir Zain Awwad and Hashim Yusuf because of their participation in a dialogue point, where the security apparatus deliberately beat and abused them, before releasing them at 2:00 am of the morning of Wednesday 23/11/2016, and they did not return the items they seized from the dialogue point (books, leaflets, table and other).
Following that, a delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan visited the headquarters of the security and intelligence apparatus, on Thursday, 24/11/2016, to reclaim what was taken from the vandalized dialogue point, and were told that the official in charge is attending an occasion. The delegation then returned on Monday, 28/11/2016, and it was said to them that the official is at a meeting in the Presidency. Then the delegation came for the third time on Monday, 05/12/2016, and they were told that the director is not in his office, the delegation waited for two hours to no avail.
Under such stalling, we have considered addressing the director of the security apparatus in the locality with an official letter, which was dated Monday, 12/12/2016, where we requested an appointment to meet him. The letter was handed by a delegation from the party on Tuesday, 13/12/2016, to those who were present in the security office. We waited for nearly two weeks, but we did not receive any reply. So, the delegation went on Monday, 26/12/2016, to clarify the matter, and the response was that the director is not present. The delegation again went on the next day, on Tuesday, 27/12/2016, and the answer was the same on hand “the Director is not present”! The delegation, waited until Dhuhr prayer, then they left, confirmed that the director does not want to meet them.
Let the brothers in the security and intelligence apparatus, and behind and in front of them, the regime that they protect with falsehood, let them know that the seizure of a set of books and tools that are used in carrying Dawa’h, will not deter the party from doing its duty to work to resume the Islamic way of life, the establishment of the second Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. For we are marching in the way of pleasing Allah by carrying His call, and we were eager to aid you over the Shaitan, but you insist to aid the Shaitan over yourselves, and deafen your ears from hearing the truth. And you continue on deterring from the path of Allah, by preventing the voice of the truth (al-Haq) to be heard, and the promise of Allah to be announced. And the glad tidings of our Prophet ﷺ of its return, Khilafah Rashidah on the method of the Prophethood, after the forced rule which we live its last days, Allah willing, you want these glad tidings to be terminated. But how far! For the morning is inevitably coming, and the Truth is to be victorious, and the Falsehood is to disappear, though long its time.
وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
“And on that Day, the believers (i.e. Muslims) will rejoice (at the victory given by Allah to the Romans against the Persians), With the help of Allah, He helps whom He wills, and He is the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.”
