Their Motivation is Different!!!

In the Iftar given in honour to old and new MP’s by the President of the Parliament Ismail Kahraman, President Erdoğan said: “That he is proud to be a member of the parliament for 11 years between 2003 and 2014, that he is happy to be with the MP’s, that he has worked his whole life to increase the power and prestige of the parliament which is the source of the national will and that they will continue to work.”

Comment:

This particular statement of President Erdoğan reminds the statement Erbakan made just after he became the Prime Minister and came to power in 1996: “Alhamdulillah I have realised my 25-year dream.”

These kinds of leaders have always had different motives. Their motives have always been sitting on the throne of power which is humiliation and shame. They never had a motive or a mission of Islam. And they have never take upon themselves the problems of the Ummah. Instead, they have taken up the problems of the imperialist Kuffar. Erdoğan, who is the student of Erbakan, does also have no such problem or mission. Instead, their aim has been to uphold the system which is not Islamic and to serve the imperialist Kuffar. Just as Erbakan gave his life to the English-Invention democratic parliamentarian system, right now president Erdoğan is spending his life for the American made presidential system. Both individuals have not spent their lives in order to bring back the Khilafah which is the just governmental system of Islam. Instead, they have spent their lives in strengthening the parliament which has destroyed the shield of the Ummah, the Khilafah, and has wiped Islamic life. Actually, there is nothing surprising here. In all his political life, Erdoğan has denoted himself and his party as democratic conservatists, and has mentioned this in various occasions.

The surprising thing here is that even though Erdoğan uttered these statements, there is support from part of the people. Since the establishment of the republic, some Muslims have supported this kind of individuals and they still do. For example, when Adnan Menderes came to power, he won the support of the Muslims by turning the Adhan that was done in Turkish to Arabic. Again, when Özal came to power, Muslims became happy that a Muslim Prime Minister came to power. Or when Erbakan sat in the office of the Prime Minister, he was called a Mujahid leader. Lastly, the person who was supported by most by Muslims has been Erdoğan.

Even though all these leaders were so called Muslim personalities, they did nothing in the name of Islam. They did quite the opposite as they have prevented the return of Islam to the arena of life. These personalities have spent all their time in their office to make the system that wiped Islam from life stronger. They have spent all their power to strengthen the parliament that gives sovereignty to people and makes laws. When they talk, they claim that they talk in the name of Islam and the Ummah. But when something has to be done, their actions refute them. They do not work to bring Islam to power again but they continue to be an obstruction to this.

So, the motives in this kind of leaders are different, their mission is different and their actions are different. There isn’t any true action in their lives, but Islam is only true.
