A group of military intelligence arrested Brother Mujahid Aadam who is a student in a higher secondary school and a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, after beating him badly, kicking and puching his face which led to the piercing of his ear drum. They then took him to the North Khartoum police station and opened a charge against him under the two Articles (69/77). That followed his distribution of a leaflet issued by Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Sudan titled: “Indicators of the Ministry of Finance and the Story of the Failing Student!” That happened after the ‘Ishaa prayer yesterday on Wednesday in the Armed Forces Masjid in Khartoum.
The regime cannot and will never be able to deny the leaflet issued by Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Sudan that exposed its lie and misleading of the people. And so it has found available to itself nothing other than to gets its security personnel to bear down upon the Shabab of the Hizb through contrived charges and collusion between the so called ‘justice’ departments, the prosecution and the police!!
The regime has become accustomed to bringing charges under the two Articles (69/77) which relate to violating the public peace and disturbing the public, which every law professional in the land and indeed all the students in the law colleges in the Sudanese universities knows that this does not apply to the noble actions undertaken by the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir; those who carry goodness to the people and work to revive the Ummah upon the basis of the Islamic Aqeedah in response to the speech of Allah سبحانه وتعالى:
وَلْتَكُنْ مِنْكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى الْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ
“And let there arise from amongst you an Ummah (group) that calls to the Khair (Islam), orders the Ma’roof (right) and forbids the Munkar (wrong) and those are they who are successful”
(Aali ‘Imraan 104)
We reaffirm that which is certain and known and even to this corrupt regime. That is that imprisonment, arrest, beating and other tactics from the styles of repression and terrorism, will never increase in us anything apart from absolute certainty in the Haqq (truth) that we carry and resolve to continue upon the path that we are treading, until Allah brings His Promise to pass for us; a rightly guided Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the methodology of the Prophethood or that we meet Allah whilst He is pleased with us. Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:
مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَنْتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا
“Among the believers are men true to what they made a covenant with Allah with. Among them is the one who has fulfilled his vow [to the death] and among them is the one who awaits [his chance]. And they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration”
(Al-Ahzaab 23)
