Despite all attempts and conspiracies made by the enemies of Muslims to keep the idea of the (Khilafah) Caliphate away from the minds of people, the idea has become a public opinion for the entire Muslim Ummah. And still the “call for the re-establishment of the Caliphate” continues to haunt the governments of the West in all its political and intellectual entities, and they are working hard using all means to prevent public opinion from reaching this blessed call (Da’wah).
The hostile convoy was joined by “technical commercial” entities who claim neutrality and impartiality! Entities that have accepted themselves to be a political tool in the hands of governments that are openly hostile to the idea of the Caliphate. Cloudflare (after years of service), followed by Stackpath, have suddenly cut off DNS, Website protection and content delivery services from Hizb ut Tahrir’s websites without giving any notice, which resulted in the websites being shut down twice in the last two months, i.e. the two companies that pledged to protect our sites have themselves disabled the sites! So what kind of betrayal and treachery is this?!
It seems that the mentality of the current master of the White House Donald Trump – who has become famous for his hostility to Muslims and brazenly turning against his promises and his treachery to close ones – It seems that this mentality of his has infiltrated to these two companies and we do not know if it began to infiltrate to other commercial and technical entities in America!
And in order to justify their assault, the first company claimed that the reason was that Hizb ut Tahrir is a banned party, while the other claimed that the reason was a violation of the “Acceptable Use Policy”!
In spite of contacting both companies and showing them with tangible evidence and official documents the illegality of what they have done, and proving to them that Hizb ut Tahrir is an intellectual political party openly operating in most countries of the world and in the most prominent of capitals; where it holds its conferences, goes out in demonstrations, and spreads its ideas among communities, and that the party does not adopt armed struggle and is known for its consistent method since seven decades, and that this is mentioned in political references in the top international archives…
And in spite of showing both companies that Hizb ut Tahrir is not a banned party except in some countries that have been globally classified as dictatorships that prevent any space for political activities, such as some countries of the Middle East…
And in spite of showing that the party operates legally and openly within the country where these two companies reside…
In spite of all the above, the response of the two companies was to transfer us to a legal department that hides behind an e-mail address that receives messages and inquiries and objections but does not respond to them! Which can only be described as a conspiracy of silence.
It is Donald Trump’s doctrine of explicit treachery that seems to have been adopted by the two companies. Or how else would have two international companies whose headquarters are in the United States (a country most famous for law and litigation) would dare to disregard their country’s law?! How would have they dared to do that had it been that the president of that country put a clear doctrine for betrayal and turning on promises?!
This is nothing but a renewed campaign against the idea of “A Caliphate by the methodology of the Prophethood” and against the call for its establishment. If anything, it shows the intellectual bankruptcy of these malevolent vandals. The attempt to muzzle us is an explicit declaration of the West’s defeat in the face of what Hizb ut Tahrir carries in terms of a strong, upright, clear and pure ideology.
Hizb ut Tahrir is a group of sincere individuals, who have answered the call of Allah (swt): وَلْتَكُن مِّنكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى الْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ “And let there arise from among you a group who invite unto all that is good, enjoin the right and forbid the wrong, and it is they who are successful” [Al-i Imran:104].
And so today, after seven decades since its launch and its steadfastness on “the idea” and “the methodology,” this group has actually become a nation from the nation (an Ummah from the Ummah), it has become a steady nation aware of its way, from a great and giving Ummah, working towards the glory of the days of the Caliphate.
This campaign by the US government and its collaborators of malevolent vandal entities, if anything, demonstrates the intellectual bankruptcy of those actors. The attempt to muzzle our mouths is an explicit declaration of their defeat in the face of what Hizb ut Tahrir carries in terms of a strong, upright, clear and pure ideology. And closing the accounts will not weaken Hizb ut Tahrir, and the numbers of those who are interested in them and in knowing the truth of what they carry, and those who want to work with them and support them, the numbers of these people are increasing praise be Allah for His favor (swt). He (swt) says: وَقَدْ مَكَرَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَلِلَّهِ الْمَكْرُ جَمِيعاً يَعْلَمُ مَا تَكْسِبُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ وَسَيَعْلَمُ الْكُفَّارُ لِمَنْ عُقْبَى الدَّارِ “Those before them planned, but the entire plan is up to God. He knows what every soul earns. Those who disbelieve will know to whom the Ultimate Home is.” [Ar-Ra’d:42]
