The problem is not Centralized or Decentralized systems, but the absence of Khilafah Rashidah!

Franz-Michael Skjold Mellbin, EU ambassador in Afghanistan, in a televised interview has stated: “too much centralization has harmed democracy at a local level.” He added, “Many people believe that a decentralized system in Afghanistan can strengthen local democracy.” Likewise, Dana Rohrabacher, US Congressman, in “The National Interest” website has written in an article that America should decide to prepare ground for federal system instead of centralized regime. Meanwhile, Chief Executive Office of John Kerry’s National Unity Government Dr. Abdullah Abdullah published his pictures along with slogans insisting on “Need for change in regime” in the streets of Kabul.

Comment:

Generally, the expressions of Dana Rohrabacher, Franz-Michael Skjold Mellbin and the CEO of John Kerry’s two headed government give fake hopes to people in the short term, but in the long term, it is a bloody scenario resulting even in the division of Afghanistan and region for which colonist powers are preparing public opinions and social emotions to secure their own interests. Almost after three years, John Kerry’s reconciliation prescription under the name of “National Unity Government” hasn’t brought any fruit yet, but increased gap between people by deepening the tribal, racial and languastic fractures among them. People should comprehend that John Kerry for the strategic interest of its own country, implemented an impractical ruling system on the people of Afghanistan to establish a weak, divided, needy and home-conflict-growing government to keep the Muslims of Afghanistan divided in the long future. Therefore, every moment of authority of National Unity Government on the people is like the start of a new crisis.

The recent scandal of democratic presidential elections, and colonist’s John Kerry’s mediatory in regard to illegitimate disagreement between Ashraf Ghani and Dr. Abdullah have proved to public that Ashraf Ghani and Dr. Abdullah faced each other under the name of their ethnic, racial and linguistic interests, but actually it was to secure the interests of their lords. Whenever their lords reached the deal, the differences between the two solved easily.

To secure the interests of their lords, they even selected colonist John Kerry as mediator to judge between them. It is known that intermediation of Kaffir occupier as intermediary is always filled with disparity and treachery for Ummah, and is never for the wellbeing of Muslims.

Therefore, it is important for Muslim and Mujahid people of Afghanistan to recognize the identity of these puppet rulers that in order to secure the interests of their lords, they put ethnic, racial, and linguistic differences among Muslims. Then identify their thought and political decline and weakness that instead of referring to Quran and Sunnah to solve their problems, they face to occupier and colonist Kuffars while it is prohibited for Muslims to solve their issues via intermediation and judgment of Kuffars.

On the other hand, Muslims of Afghanistan should expand their political vision as per wants of Islamic creed in the level of whole Ummah and even in the level of whole mankind because then they will be able to study what various secular system such as centralized (presidential), decentralized (federal or parliamentary), kingdom and dictator regimes have brought to Islamic Ummah? Did they bring peace, stability, wellbeing and surety or war, conflict, crisis and insecurity? In this case, Iran’s “Islamic” Republic, Saudi’s Kingdom Regime, Syria’s Dictatorship and United Arab Emirate’s Federal System are best example to see how they are leading the affairs of their people and how they are dealing with their Muslim neighbors?!

Whether democracy is implemented through centralized or decentralized system, it cannot be solution for the existing problems of Muslims because whatever Muslims believe on is different from capitalism and democracy. Therefore, Muslims don’t trust the ruling regime in all Islamic lands and as well as the regimes that rule on them don’t care about the affairs of their citizens, but in the cost of Muslims’ blood, wealth, and honors, they secure the interests of their own and their lords. Therefore, rise up and based on the Islamic Aqeeda, say “No” to capitalism and its system of democracy as you said “No” to Socialism and its system of Communism, and extend your hands to Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the righteous Khilafah based on the method of the Prophet Mohammad ﷺ because other than having contradiction with Islam, you have practically experienced this system for over 15 years. Have you felt any comfort, peace, stability, and wellbeing in your life? Rather your life is threatened by terror, horror, prostitution, corruption, riot, and killings. If we don’t return to the solution of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, this scenario will get worsened and endangered and become bloodier day by day.

وَدُّوا مَا عَنِتُّمْ قَدْ بَدَتِ الْبَغْضَاءُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ

“They wish you would have hardship. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater”

(Al-Baqara: 119)

They don’t restrain any harm and inflammation against you; they like you to be in pain, hardship and inconvenience. Their enmity is expressed through their mouths (words), and whatever they keep secret in their heart is more is bigger.
