On April 27, “IA Novaya Gazeta” published an article on its Internet resource in the Investigations section entitled “Authorized to remain silent”. The author of the article asks about the numerous statements in the Russian media about the prevention of terrorist attacks and the arrests of terrorists:
“Why do we know nothing about the fate of the most criminal cases and sentences to those who, according to the statements of the secret services, were preparing and carrying out terrorist acts. High-ranking officials from the FSB, the Interior Ministry and the National Anti-Terrorist Committee report regularly on what effective measures against terrorism are taken by their departments. They tell about the prevented terrorist acts and the arrested militants. If we add to this information about the CTO (counter-terrorist operations) in the Caucasus (especially in Dagestan and Chechnya), with shooting and storming houses, then it may appear that the situation with terrorism in the country is close to critical and reminds one of what is happening somewhere, in Afghanistan. But the difference is only one: in Afghanistan there are no our FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the NAC.
The FSB announced the prevention of more than 3,500 terrorist acts in two years, as a result of which only 14 people were arrested, and the courts issued only 13 verdicts. The Interior Ministry announced the prevention of more than 1,700 terrorist acts in two years, as a result of which only 2 people were arrested, and the courts issued only three sentences. “

The loud statements by the Russian law enforcers in the Russian media about the successfully prevented ‘terrorist attacks’ or arrests of the alleged terrorists, and at the same time, the fact that there are practically no trials in relation to the “arrested” and the absence of the arrested in reality says that the authorities are lying to the people.
Those who sit at the helm of the government in Russia came to power by deception and force, without giving the people an idea that would unite them, make them ideological, and direct them to the path of development. The once-developed peoples of the USSR on the basis of the materialist idea of communism, after the collapse, never received any fundamental idea, and began to fall into the abyss of ignorance and obscurantism. The power of the Russian Federation could not give to its people anything except the ideas of nationalism and patriotism, which are the cause of the numerous misfortunes and suffering, and which cannot give people ideological development.
The ideas of democracy that have penetrated from the West to Russia have not been developed. For the people to embark on the path of development on the basis of ideology, this people must believe in the idea and implement the system emanating from this idea. Then the people will be guided on the basis of an ideological foundation, and the people themselves will implement these ideas into life.
It only remains for the Russian government to rule the people by the method of terror, deceiving it with various dangers from alleged “terrorist threats” and “terrorists”. People in turn, being undeveloped, will follow all the orders of their power, not analyzing where the truth is, and where lies, remaining in the darkness of ignorance and obscurantism, as it is happening today in Russia.
The main part of the sentences and arrests in the Russian Federation under the alleged threats of terrorist attacks and terrorists fall on Muslims, and in particular the Shabab from Hizb ut Tahrir. The Muslims in Russia turned out to be an object of the intimidation of their people by the power. The Muslims in Russia are accused of all deadly sins, are prohibited to build mosques, to distribute religious literature and to call to Islam!
The only salvation for the Muslims of Russia from the pressure of the tyrannical power is the work on the revival of the second righteous state of the Khilafah (Caliphate) by the method of Prophethood along with Hizb ut Tahrir. Hizb u Tahrir founds its work on Islam by the method of Prophethood, and provides a full-fledged program for the Islamic State with the constitution, laws in the social, economic, political and other spheres.
The only salvation of the peoples of Russia from the tyrannical rule of their power and formation on the path of the ideological development that will lead them out of the darkness of ignorance and obscurantism is the adoption of Islam on an ideological basis, the adoption of Islam as a system for the life of a man, society and the state.
