On 31/7/2015, the Security Forces of the Jordanian government arrested a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, who is Brother Mohamad Khattab Al-Umari (Abu Iyad), after Friday prayer inside Masjid Al-Talawy in the area Al-Jabeyha after speaking the truth openly which the different members of the security forces, settled in the masjid, could not bear to hear the truth. He (Al-Umari) said in order to please Allah سبحانه وتعالى, “The Quds was occupied while under the governance of the Jordanian government, Masjid Al Aqsa was usurped under the governance of the Jordanian government, and after losing Al Quds and Al Aqsa, the Jordanian government sufficed with renovation and maintenance tasks for Masjid Al Aqsa and laying carpet, at a time when it is obligated to do the Shar’ii obligation in mobilizing the army to liberate it.” Reciting upon those attending the prayer what Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:
أَجَعَلْتُمْ سِقَايَةَ الْحَاجِّ وَعِمَارَةَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ كَمَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَجَاهَدَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ۚ لَا يَسْتَوُونَ عِندَ اللَّهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
“Do you consider the providing of drinking water to the pilgrims and the maintenance of Al-Masjid-al-Haram as equal to the worth of those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allah? They are not equal before Allah. And Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers).”
(At-Tawba: 19)
O Muslims:
Was not the Quds, and others, under the governance of the Jordanian government when they were occupied?
Was not the Masjid Al Aqsa under the governance of the Jordanian government when it was usurped?
Do you see anything else from the Jordanian government apart from the renovation and maintenance tasks in Masjid Al Aqsa and laying carpet in it?
Did the government provide to Masjid Al Aqsa in the face of continuous attacks by the Jews other than condemnation, disapproval, and conviction since it is timid from the Jewish Entity?
O Muslims:
This is the bitter truth which the security forces couldn’t bear to hear from your brother Mohamad Khattab Al-Umari so they arrested him, accused him of speaking obscenities, and took him away to Marca Prison…
