The case of Dr Aafia Siddiqui is a disgusting example of how the capitalist system bends to the interests of its Rulers and its justice is an illusion
Muslim women are honored in our deen. The examples in our history show the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم approved of the punishment of death for a Jew who deliberately uncovered the awrah of a Muslim woman.
The Khaleefah Mu’tasim sent the Islamic State’s army of Jihad in response to the cry for help from the Muslim woman who was attacked by the Romans.
In contrast our rulers send letters and speak empty words to the media. In reality they only fear the loss of their own wealth and position if they anger America, and so do nothing to help their Muslim sister, whose fate they will answer for on the Day of Reckoning.
Dr Aafia Siddiqui is our Muslim sister. Dr Aafia Siddiqui is equal to every one of our mothers, sisters and daughters. She is our responsibility and the public face of all our Muslim sisters across the world, whose blood, honour and children, have suffered at the hands of the major capitalist nations.
Since the beginning of the invasion of Islamic lands in the 19th century, and the destruction of the Khilafah on 3rd March 1924, our sisters have suffered and continue to suffer. The western nations claim to be champions of woman’s rights; they imported the woman’s movement into our lands. They claimed Islam oppressed us while capitalism would liberate us. They used catch phrases of democracy, justice, human rights and liberation to deceive us. However women under the Islamic State lived in a state of peace and justice that has never been seen under any man made system. Indeed the reality of our lives without an Islamic State is one of being at the mercy of those who act like the lowest most depraved animals.
The failure of their lies to convince us to leave our deen has led them to greater excess; the case of our sister Dr Aafia is clearly their attempt to scare us from our deen. They want to show us they are our masters, and we are their slaves and they will oppress us and treat us how they want. Despite their attack on the hijab, and their persecution of Muslim women, more and more women are converting to Islam, and more and more Muslim women are rejecting secularism and calling for the re-establishment of our deen in the form of the Khilafah State.
We remind our Rulers; you put yourselves in the position of ruling, so remember that you will be accountable for your actions.
We remind our armed forces, you choose a noble profession, your role is to protect your Ummah, and make Allah’s سبحانه وتعالى word the highest.
O armed forces!
Remember your heritage, and reject this corrupt system and grant the Nusra (material support) for the re-establishment of the Khilafah State.
O Muslim Ummah!
You have shown your goodness and your Iman, by standing with Dr Aafia and against the corruption of our Rulers and the current system. Raise your voices even louder to support Hizb ut-Tahrir in the re establishment of our Deen through the Khilafah State.
