On Monday 14/5/2018, President Omar al-Bashir issued decrees instituting limited amendments to the ministerial portfolios, including the appointment of seven federal ministers, five ministers of state and eight state governors, followed by another presidential decree on Tuesday 15/05/2018 appointing a minister and two governors.

These repeated amendments of ministers, governors, and security apparatus chiefs are only a desperate attempt by the government to justify its failure to take care of people’s affairs and an escape from the reality of the crisis that is ravaging the country, as most of the people who came under the current amendment were in the same positions or were in other sovereign positions and were then dismissed from them by previous crises. It is no secret that the reasons for this confusion are the government’s loss of orientation and its lack of the guide and the leader who leads it to goodness and brings it out of crises.

The application by the state of the capitalist system, its compliance with the American dictates in governance and politics and its response to the prescriptions of the International Monetary Fund in the economy are the real reasons for the collapse of the situation in Sudan. This is evident after the lifting of the so-called American embargo and after the approval of the disastrous 2018 budget which caused the tragic situation in Sudan despite the desperate attempt by the regime to conceal facts and lie to the subjects. They previously said that the cause of the crises was the war in the South, so the South was separated. Then they claimed that the cause of the crisis is the American siege and the American siege was lifted. Now they find other pegs for the failure and the impotence!! However, these pegs, patches and painkillers have not and will not work because the problem is in the basis of the capitalist system that has been applied in the country since the colonial era to the present day, and no matter how the government tries to lie, change the facts and mislead people, its situation will not be fixed because it does not have solutions. The Prophet ﷺ said:«إِنَّمَا أَخَافُ عَلَى أُمَّتِي الأَئِمَّةَ الْمُضِلِّين»  “I am afraid of deviant leaders for my ummah.” (Narrated by Ahmad).

O our honorable people in Sudan: Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan has always been showing you the origin of the disease and providing you with the treatment and the remedy. The problem is not to change the governors and ministers, nor to change the names of the governments and rulers. How many times did the government change its skin to appear in other than its true face? Like the snake that changes its skin yet remains a snake because the change was in the forms and people and was not a change of the basis of the system that failed in three decades in treating the country’s problems and preserving its unity, bringing the country to the brink of collapse and making the country’s riches dependent on the Kaffir colonist through RIBA-based loans in failed projects called development projects, which burdened the country with high debt; thus, it plundered the wealth in the name of repayment of the outrageous benefits of RIBA-based debt, and impoverished the country and the people. This is the case of those who have not ruled by what Allah has revealed,

وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ

“And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed – then it is those who are the wrongdoers”

[Al-Ma’ida: 45]

The solution is to establish the rule of Allah Almighty through the second Khilafah Rashidah (righteous Caliphate) State on the method of the Prophethood, which cares for the affairs of the people by the provisions of Islam, applies on them the law of their Lord, and harnesses the country’s riches for the benefit of the servants, so it lifts their poverty and restores their glory and dignity.

وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنصُرُ مَن يَشَاء وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ

“And on that Day, the believers will rejoice. With the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful”

[Ar-Rum: 4-5]
