The fall of Tadmur, Ramadi and the Border Crossings Impose ISIS organization as a Main Player

It has been two weeks since the fall of Ramadi after attacks and retreats that lasted for months which increased in intensity in the last two weeks before its fall. In addition a few days ago Tadmur in Syria fell and after that Sirte in Libya. It seems that the fall of towns into the hands of the Tanzheem (ISIS) will continue in more than one country and all of this is happening under a huge presence of American war planes that fly through the Iraqi sky on a daily basis and the Syrian regime’s planes that control and dominate over the skies of Syria.

These planes that bomb the cities and towns are still and do not move to bomb the pillars of the Tanzheem (ISIS) which go on to occupy those towns. And as Qaasim Suleymaani the Commander of the Iranian Faleeq Al-Quds brigade said: ‘America has not done a thing to stop the advance of the extremists in Ramadi’, just as he warned about handing Deir Zoor in Syria over to the Tanzheem.

As for the American side, the Secretary of State for Defence Ashton Carter said, ‘What happened, as it seems, is that the Iraqi forces displayed a lack of desire or will to fight’ whilst John McCain said that there are those in the American government who doubt the existence of an American strategy to deal with the Tanzhem (ISIS)’.

The American President in his own turn demanded at the NATO meeting of an increased support of Iraq in its fight against the Tanzheem (ISIS) that is expanding in Iraq whilst Biden commented upon that by saying America has committed to speed up the processes and the arming of the Iraqi army.

This is whilst the White House spokesman Josh Earnest proclaimed when commentating upon what both Obama and Biden said, ‘It is a process of training…and it can’t be accomplished within a week!!’

The aforementioned statements from the US administration demonstrate in the clearest of ways that America is not concerned by the expansion of the Tanzheem (ISIS) whether this is in Iraq or Syria, or in Libya and Egypt in the future. The reason for this is due to what a US official also said that the imposition of the Tanzheem (ISIS) as a main player is accomplished in respect to solving the problem in the future. This is by showing it to be a force that has the capability to control vast areas of land in Iraq with the added capability of threatening the Shi’ah regions and the capital Baghdad albeit without actually entering it.

The same applies in respect to Syria and perhaps in the future to Libya which has already began to show signs of this after the taking of Sirte and advancements being made towards the oil wells.

The advance and progress of the Tanzheem (ISIS), in this way, has even generated fears in Britain as the Sunday Times Newspaper stated, ‘The British embassy is preparing to evacuate its staff and to destroy its secret documents as a result of fears that the Tanzheem (ISIS) have brought’. This is aside from the British officials in Iraq stating that: ‘The efforts of the Iraqi army to drive off the Tanzheem (ISIS) have failed hopelessly’.

In respect to providing another justification for the failure of the Iraqi army one of the analysts said: ‘Nuri Maliki removed a number of experienced military personnel which weakened the capabilities of the Iraqi army in respect to administration and strategy and the Tanzheem benefited as it possesses better techniques (or technical prowess) than the Iraqi army’.

The lack of seriousness of both the Iraqi and Syrian armies in respect to fighting the Tanzheem (ISIS) and the American planes not being able to see the Tanzheem’s movements, has led to the Tanzheem gaining Mosul a year ago and recently Ramadi, Tadmur and the border crossings between Iraq and Syria. The aim of this is to provide it with the appearance of a force that is capable of expanding and controlling areas of land, towns and cities. This is to make it a main player in any future solution whether this is in Iraq or Syria and perhaps in Libya as well.

The agency of the rulers of the Muslim lands has led to the disintegration of the lands and their falling under the control of armed organizations and militias with the aim of weakening them and enabling the colonial states to dominate them and control their natural resources. This is in addition to being able to impose which agents they desire to establish or replace, in accordance to newly occurring realities, as they see fit.

This is all in order to keep the Muslims under the control and hegemony of the Kaffir colonialist. This is because the strong emotion and the passion of the Ummah is still alive and yearns for the return to its Deen and the resumption of its life upon the basis of Islam. It has begun to realise that the path towards that can be none other than through the establishment of the Khilafah upon the methodology of the Prophethood, the signs of which have already begun to appear. The events in Syria are a sign of this as they still refuse to obey America in the case where the Muslims within it do not want anything except for the Khilafah whilst rejecting the American formed agent alliance or any of the other hired faces or entities.

As for Iraq then the signs of division are clear before the eyes through enabling the Tanzheem (ISIS) to occupy regions that they call the ‘Sunni regions’ and this is with the aim of establishing a Sunni province or region similar to the Kurdish region in the North.

The time has come to stop and prevent the efforts of the Kaffir colonialist to divide the Muslim lands and this will be accomplished through the appearance of the rightly guided Khilafah upon the Methodology of the Prophethood. It will overturn the scales and will bring back the honour, might and standing of the Muslims in the world. This will happen via the implementation of the Ahkaam of Islam within the Khilafah State and by carrying Islam as an intellectual leadership to the rest of the world through Da’wah and Jihad so that the Khair (goodness) will prevail upon all parts of the earth’s surface and indeed that is not a matter that is hard for Allah سبحانه وتعالى to bring about.

“And [remember, O Muhammad], when those who disbelieved plotted against you to restrain you or kill you or evict you [from Makkah]. But they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners”

  1. Zahid Sharif says

The journalist, Ayman Oghanna, embedded with the Iraqi special forces (called the Golden Division) in Ramadi just before ISIS took over said (in interview on BBC Radio 4 26-05-15 07:50) the following two points –
1-Almost every time the ISIS forces moved ahead the Iraqi army and the Iraq police had melted away, but the ones who had been staying and fighting have been the Iraqi special forces but that has exhausted them (as special forces are not meant to be in battle for months – that is for the regular army).
2-The battle (in Ramadi) over the fourteen months have resulted in the frontline of the city almost completely destroyed, there were civilians on the outskirts but no one the front line, and that is what the Iraqi’s (i.e. the Special forces – called the Golden Division), complained about as they could not understand why the (American) airstrikes weren’t coming,
