The Death of Syrian Emani Al-Rahman and her Babies in Turkey Lies with the Non-Islamic Rule

On the 7th of July, 20 year old Emani Arrahman, a Muslim refugee from Syria who was 9 months pregnant and hours before her delivery, was kidnapped, raped and murdered by two monsters, who also murdered her 10 month old baby son in Sakarya’s northwest Kaynarca district in Turkey.

Comment:

This atrocity in Sakarya shows that our Syrian sisters in Turkey are neglected and unprotected just like our sisters in Syria. This incident proved that the government’s politics regarding Syria, refugees and security policies are strained and futile. This barbaric incident is the result of weeks-long ongoing lynching and marginalizing campaigns towards Syrian refugees in the media and social media, supported by some politicians, artists and thinkers, fuelled by the ignorance and tolerance of the government and its secular laws towards these despicable behaviours.

Emani and her babies just like other Syrian Muslims sought refuge in Turkey from similar kinds of atrocities committed by Assad and Iranian gangs. They took refuge in Turkey, because in Syria they could not find a handful of soil to take shelter in, not the least morsel of bread to eat, not the least of ointment for their wounds. They came to protect their babies and children from barrel bombs and chemical attacks. Muslim women fled to Turkey to protect their honour.

Seeking refuge in Turkey was and is their most natural right for they are our sisters, our honour, and our lives! Furthermore, these soils which are called the Republic of Turkey due to artificial borders, are soils which were opened by the Khulafah of Islam in the name of Allah for all Muslims, including the Muslims of Syria. Thus this land is supposed to be a homeland and a safe residence to every Muslim!

The infidel West and its abettors turned the soils of Syria into hell for the Muslims who had the courage to rise up against Kufr and oppression for the sake of Islam. Now they strive to turn Allah’s entire earth, AND the soils of Turkey into a dungeon for them. Having failed in the Dardanelles in the face of the Ummah’s unity, now they have invaded the minds of some people in Turkey with their most despicable ideas like nationalism, xenophobia, racism, hostility to Islam, freedoms, democracy and secularism through their poisonous politics, and vicious ideas. And they have brought these people into the forefront of politics, culture and other fields, and encouraged and supported them to spread any kinds of immorality and evil, which nurtured the butchers of Emani and her babies. However, the only treatment that Muslims of Syria in Turkey should experience is to be embraced in brotherhood. They should never have seen any other than Ansar around them. The grandchildren of the Muslims of Syrian who fought and became martyred in the Dardanelles shoulder to shoulder with Turkish, Kurdish, and Arab Muslims deserve nothing else than the best of treatments. We strictly reject any nationalistic or patriotic colonialist discourse which shatters our Ummah, for we are a single Ummah! Our Lord says:

إِنَّ هَذِهِ أُمَّتُكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَأَنَا رَبُّكُمْ فَاعْبُدُونِ

“Indeed this, your Ummah, is one Ummah, and I am your Lord, so worship Me.”

(Anbiya: 92)

Once again this barbarism proves that to not work to root out this Kufr system, to insist to stick on this non-Islamic type of ruling, its laws and systems, and to struggle to perpetuate them, is neglecting the Muslim women and children and leaving them without protection. Any politician, thinker, media and every individual who argues the converse is personally responsible for any kind of oppression that strikes the Muslim women and children!

Therefore, first and foremost the Turkish government must cut all relations with kufr states and systems and reunite the Ummah under the Khilafah Rashidah (Righteous Caliphate) upon the Method of Prophethood, immediately rush its armies to end the massacres by the Kufr armies in Syria and establish a safe environment across the world, as it did in the past.
