The fifth anniversary since the launch of the people of Shaam’s revolution against the ruling tyrannical regime is passing us by in these days. It was a revolution of the ‘Takbeer’ (Allahu Akbar) beginning in its early days from the Masaajid, whilst martyrdom or victory was the heading that was manifested in the tremendous sacrifices that the believing people of Shaam expended in their battle against this regime. They were great sacrifices and represented honourable and noble stances that they stayed firmly upon in the face of the international conspiracy that experimented with a number of tools and utilised what it could, in terms of agents and allies, in order to keep the regime in its place. And so its attempts to halt this revolution and to bring it down were condemned to failure as every attempt to bring its failure and each new conspiracy tells of a failure like the one that preceded it; failure awaits them in the land that Allah سبحانه وتعالى has taken into His care and safeguarding along with its people.
In these days that makes us recall the moments of honour and dignity of the last five years, the international community wants to steal us towards it. So it is expending strenuous efforts and these intensive efforts from America and its supporters are increasing so that they can stab this revolution with a poisoned dagger with a fatal wound. They have been deceived by the success they have accomplished by pulling military groups to accept the truce plan that they proposed. And they have also been deceived by the support of these military groups for the negotiating body that has entered upon the path of rehabilitating the current regime. And so there was the Ankara meeting, which was attended by a number of the leaders of the revolutionary armed factions in addition to the old and prior servant of Assad and the new coordinator of the negotiations body, Riyad Hijab. This is whilst the objectives of the meeting were being expressed by Assad’s former advisor and minister and now the current official spokesman for the negotiations body, Riyad Na’san Agha, who was the one that requested that these groups unite within a National Syrian army managed by the unified military council.
This meeting, which occurred before the eyes of the Turkish rulers who are America’s tools in Ankara, must necessarily proceed within the framework of the American policy which still remains opposed to military action to remove the regime as it strives with all its effort to restore and rehabilitate it under the title of ‘the political solution’. So it desires, through this (unified military) council, to see what was recorded on paper in Geneva become an executed and realised reality, as it will have that which will implement it, protect and defend it. This is whilst they are wishing to make from it, a replica of the Palestinian Liberation Organisation which entered upon the same path of negotiations decades ago, which ended up with their security coordination with the Jewish entity to confront the Muslims, even though their initial slogan had been for the ‘liberation’ of Palestine!!
O our people in the Shaam of goodness and blessings: Verily America today resorts to its tools in Saudi and Turkey as they are the most capable of completing its plan. That is for no other reason except that they contain within them those who will readily listen to them and those who will be deceived by them. The truth of the matter is that if they are not the enemy then they are its henchmen and executioners. Therefore, beware of them all, turn your backs to them and direct your sight towards Allah سبحانه وتعالى as He is the Only Helper for the people of Shaam. Anything other than Him from the states with their numerous names represent entities that fight Allah, His Deen and your revolution that will liberate you from the control of the dirty international community. It is the revolution whose conclusion will be the Khilafah (caliphate) upon the path of the Prophethood, Inshaa Allah.
O Leaders of the armed factions: You are aware that those alongside you have only pledged allegiance to you seeking the pleasure of Allah and not the pleasure of America. And you know that they have pledged allegiance to you in order to bring down the regime and demolish it, and not to protect its institutions and provide it with the look of legitimacy. You also know that they pledge their allegiance to you so that the ruling will be by Islam and that the sovereignty will be to the Qur’aan and the Sunnah in Shaam. So do not break your covenant and gather your affair to uproot the American conferences and their conspiracies. And let your unity be upon the rope of Allah and not the ropes of America, its henchmen and supporters. And let your unity be upon realising the Prophetic mission: “The Khilafah upon the path of the Prophethood”.
O Sincere Mujaahideen: You are those who have given and sacrificed everything in the way of Allah to raise high His Word. The Kaafir West is plotting against us and our revolution so remain firm, be patient and persevere. And you must take to task those who are going along with the truces and the negotiations to sell your blood, honour and sacrifices in the market of concessions and surrender.
هَٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ * وَلَا تَهِنُوا وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنْتُمُ الْأَعْلَوْنَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
“This [Qur’an] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allah. So do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be superior if you are [true] believers”
(Aali ‘Imraan: 138-139)
