In a statement the American Embassy in Khartoum officially demanded from the Sudanese Government to ”modify or annul the paragraph no. 152 from the criminal law concerning wearing shameful attire, so that it might agree with the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights”. The American diplomatic delegation to Sudan criticized the stopping of thousands of women under that paragraph, describing that as “a violation of the safety of the citizens and their dignity and civil liberties” (Sudan Tribune).
These events happen days before the celebration of the alleged independence, what independence is this when the government immediately answers the demand of the Americans – the enemy of Islam and Muslims. The answer came from the Chairman of the Legislation Committee and Local Government in the district of Khartoum in the newspaper, Akher Lahda, where it is stressed that the paragraph of shameful attire will be withdrawn and that it is the right of humans to live in the shadow of public freedom!!
America and the Kafir West are eager to remove the Shari’ garment from the Muslim woman, or remove any coverage, because they feel insulted by anyone who covers up in any way as if she presents the truth, they do not wish to realize, in front of them – rather they hate it when someone reminds them of it. They are purist people.” [Al-Naml: 56] The Arabs have a saying: “The adultress wishes that all women commit adultery like her!”
The Kafir imperialist despises the Muslim women’s Islamic attire even though is comes under the personal freedoms, which they claim to believe in and which is illustrated in every test that it is the freedom of disbelief, immorality and degeneration, nothing but that. If the West regarded the Muslim women’s clothes as a mere coverage maybe they would deal with it in a milder manner, but they view it as “stripping off” of their ‘naked’ reality instead of a cover to its bearer.

O Muslims: We in the Women’s Section of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, invite you to stand for Allah (swt) a truthful stance and to refuse this disgrace, dishonour and the subjugation to rulers who have sold the laws of Allah (swt) for the sake of staying in the ruling chair, and that you might work to remove them and to inaugurate a Khalifah you can give bayah to based on the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ who removed the Jewish entity Qaynuqa from Madinah Al-Munawwarah after the first incident in Qaynuqa market where a Muslim women’s body was revealed by the mischief of a Jewish goldsmith, which is much like the plots of today which concern the Muslim women but in the form of public freedoms. A Khalifah that will apply the laws of purity and chastity and then sprints over to the uprooting of the Jewish entity to free Al-Quds and he cuts the Western hegemony from the Muslim countries.
