The 25th of November 2022 marked the one-year anniversary of the death of 31 mostly Muslim migrants crossing the English Channel in a rubber dinghy. The deaths have been marked as the worst maritime disaster in the Channel for 30 years. The circumstances of the horrific events are even more disturbing.
