Sudan: For the second time, Distributing Papers against the Framework Agreement

In continuation of the campaign carried out by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan against the Framework Agreement, the Hizb distributed papers for the second time on Tuesday 3 January 2023 in the Grand Mosque in Khartoum, showing the corruption of what was stated in this agreement, and it was among what was stated in it: Let us reject the framework agreement and oppose it.. My Muslim brother, why do you have a legal duty to reject and oppose the framework agreement? Because it stipulates in the first clause item 6: [Guaranteeing freedoms, and adhering to international human rights charters, especially women’s rights charters], and this is contrary to the Islamic faith, as all international freedoms and charters allow apostasy, insulting the honor of the Prophet (saw), homosexuality, the possession of unlawful money, and others of the evils. A Muslim, whether a man or a woman, is a servant of Allah (swt) who stands by Allah’s commands and prohibitions. Likewise, it is not permissible to participate in organizations that are based on a foundation other than Islam, nor is it permissible to abide by their charters.
