Praise be to Allah, who we fasted to fulfill His command, and upon His provision we have broken our fast, and peace and blessings be upon the best of all of Allah’s creation, who Allah sent before the Hour; a bearer of glad-tidings and a warner, and calling to Allah with His (swt) permission and a shining light, peace and blessings be on him ﷺ and his companions, and those who follow his path and guidance to the Day of Judgment.

Dear Respected Brothers,

Assalam Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuh

Ramadhan came to lead the Muslim in the way of obedience to become closer to Allah.  Therefore, the Muslim should be like the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his noble companions; the best group that made this closeness to Allah a tool to achieve great matters, like the Great Battle of Badr, and the conquest of Mecca, and other great victories and conquests. Ramadhan in the history of the Islamic Ummah is a season of pride, dignity, victory and obedience.

But Ramadhan today is an extension of the series of defeats, humiliation and failure. The best way for Muslims now is seen to be by adherence to the mosques, while the other Muslims follow distractions and the means of entertainment. At the level of society and the state, Ramadhan is back this year and we are facing the same crises that have been exacerbated and multiplied, and the politicians in this country continue to question people and ask who we are in the so-called “identity crisis”. The crisis of the government is still taking place in the country and this is branched into crises in the economy, education, social and others, but the politicians in power or those in the opposition, when solving our problems, do not refer to our belief and its legislative heritage. Instead, they refer to the Foreigner to solve the problems, who is the enemy, and they are supported by a chorus of some media professionals interested in satisfying the Foreigner and opening the country for it and they beg at its door step, la Hawla wa la Quwata ila Billah!!!

Our identity is the great Islam, which is the Deen from which the state emanates, a doctrine from which emanates the systems of life and legislation, a complete Deen. Allah (swt) says: الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الإِسْلاَمَ دِينًا “This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion.” [al-Ma’ida: 3] A Deen from Al-Latif, Al-Khabeer, أَلا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ “Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted?” [Al-Mulk: 14]

Only Islam will end this state of misery of living that we inherited from the man-made laws, that are far away from Revelation. Allah (swt) says: وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَن ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنكًا “And whoever turns away from My remembrance – indeed, he will have a depressed life, and We will gather him on the Day of Resurrection blind.” [Ta-Ha: 124]

Only Islam is capable of liberating the country and the people from the Kafir Western regimes, and its model of living. By Islam, we can build an ideological progressive state that brings us back to being the best Ummah that was brought out to humankind.

Dear Respected Brothers:

On the most prominent issues in the country, Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan states its opinion on the basis of Islam:

The Constitution Issue:

There is no doubt that all the previous constitutions that brought us to this state of rupture, fragmentation and failures are all secular constitutions based on non-Islam. Hizb ut Tahrir presents a draft Islamic constitution of 191 articles; all of which are taken from the Revelation. The party calls on everyone, especially those who hold previous rules, to study it from two angles; each according to his belief in the doctrine of Islam. The first angle is the connection of these articles to the Islamic belief by studying the Shariah evidence. The second angle is the applicability of these articles to the reality of the problems as radical remedies for these problems.

The Issue of Elections Planned in 2020:

The elections, which are based on the non-Islamic system, will not make a difference, but is a legalization of these miserable conditions in which people live, in which ministers take part in game of chairs, and if the faces change, the system will not change. Elections that make a real difference are elections based on Islam, whose fruit is the implementation of Islamic law under the noble Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood.

The Issue of Immediate Economic Crises:

Which include the crisis of cash and liquidity, the fuel crisis, high prices and unemployment; all these are the result of the policy of appeasing the enemy by implementing the International Monetary Fund’s instructions, which asked the government in November 2017 to float the currency and raise the so-called support until the economy is structured to allow international wealth stealing companies to enter. The treatment adopted by Hizb ut Tahrir is the severing of relations with these interest institutions, who sponsor the greedy capitalists and to be self-reliant as did the Caliph Omar bin Abdul Aziz. It was narrated that when he was given the pledge, may Allah be pleased with him, he called his wife Fatima, daughter of the Caliph Abdul Malik bin Marwan and who had inherited a large amount of money,  and he said to her that the three of them, i.e. himself, his wife and the money will not spend the night under one roof; he told her to choose either himself, or the money!

She chose him over the money, so he took the money to Bait ul Mal of the Muslims. He then took money from all those who took from the public money, especially his cousins ​​from Bani Umayyah, and returned the money to Bait ul Mal. Then he called his workers and asked them to dig up canals and the process the land for agriculture, and he called everyone who wants to farm land, and gave all the poor farmers from those funds, which helped them to agriculture without charge. And when the harvest came, the zakat and kharaj were collected, and there was an abundant wealth. He asked for all the poor to be given what suffices them. And the workers said that they gave the poor but there was surplus money left. He told them to pay the debts of those who have debts, and to help those who want to get married but have no means. The workers who done so said that there was surplus money, so he said: “Buy wheat and sprinkle it in the foothills of the mountains, so that it is not said that the birds went hungry in the lands of the Muslims”.

Privatization of Ports Issue:

A crime that will be completed in the next few days by sorting bids for privatizing the southern port in Port Sudan (container port). We reject and oppose the privatization of this port and others and the removing of the ownership of the people of the country and giving it to the greedy capitalist companies. This port is one of the most successful institutions, it brings to the public treasury 2 trillion pounds a year, and it includes 2000 workers who will become unemployed and their families will become dislodged; it is a crime added to the previous crimes of privatization of sectors and institutions that deliver billions of dollars to the pockets of companies rather than the treasury; a good example is what happened in the telecommunications sector.

This is the opinion of the party in the most prominent local issues, which is the “other opinion”, which we want scholars and politicians to put on the discussion table and discuss with us in the best styles so that the truth prevails, and it is what we want the media to give justice to and report, as the “other opinion”, and not to meet it with media blackout like what they did to most of Hizb ut Tahrir’s publications, leaflets, statements, booklets, etc, as this is not fitting for those who raise the slogan of upholding the word of truth, opinion, and the other opinion.

In conclusion, we send the following messages:

The First Message:

To our brothers, the scholars who protect the earth, and the heirs of the prophets: you have to be at the forefront of the ranks, showing the truth and not concealing it; you must urge the people to work for the resumption of Islamic life by establishing the second Khilafah Rashida on the method of Prophethood. And to demand from the people of power and protection to side with the Ummah to establish its state, and give pledge to its Khaleefah (caliph) to please its Lord so that He (swt) is pleased with it.

The Second Message:

It is to the brothers, the political leaders: you are Muslims and sons of Muslims, and your duty is to give your ideas to the ummah that stem from the doctrine and are built on it, and not to call the Ummah to what is contrary to the ideology of the great Islam. Enough of you leading the Ummah with the ideas of its enemies, which have made us miserable and humiliated, and made us in the tail of nations, being lead and we do not lead. The path of the truth is one, and the paths to misguidance are multiple. We invite you to the path of truth and justice.

The Third Message:

To our brothers in the media: reflect the feelings of the Ummah, be truthful and speak the truth,  only move by the doctrine of Islam, which you believe in. Do not be the mouthpiece of the Kafir West, claiming neutrality; neutrality in reality is impossible and does not exist. The global media that controls the world today is bias to the capitalists ideology. If they falsely claim neutrality, it is to mislead the sons of the Ummah, so that they do not take side with their ideology and base their message on it.

In conclusion, dear respected brothers, living by the ideology of Islam is everyone’s cause. Living by Islam requires making all life systems based on Islam, the ideas, rules and concepts. All this can only be by establishing the second Khilafah Rashida state on the method of Prophethood, which its time has come, and we are assured of its return; it will unify the Ummah, and preserve the sanctities and wealth, and stand, Allah willing, as a bulwark in front of the schemes and plots of the Kuffar.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ

 “O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered” [Al-Anfal: 24]
