Siddikov Zhuraboy preferred to sacrifice himself and his wealth for the sake of Nusrah (victory) of the Deen of Allah, Subhanahu wa Taala and Nusrah for His Messenger ﷺ. We ask Allah سبحانه وتعالى to grant him the highest of Firdaus. Siddikov Zhuraboy (Rahimaahu Allah) born in 1958, a native of Aim village, Andijan region, a father of three children, after many years of trials, withstood in front of the tyrant Karimov’s regime passed away to his Lord fulfilling his promise.

Brother Zhuraboy, Rahmatullah Allah alaihi, learned of the thoughts of Hizb ut Tahrir in the late 1990’s and immediately joined a call to revive the Islamic way of life with full determination and passion. Then one day, his activity was noticed by Karimov’s criminal regime and Brother Zhuraboy was arrested in February 1999. Based on the fabricated criminal case, Zhuraboy was sentenced to 13 years imprisonment under Article 159 (Attacks on the constitutional order of the Republic of Uzbekistan.).

Our brother spent 13 years in JASLYK prison in Karakalpakstan, this prison is notorious for severe tortures towards prisoners often described as a death camp. The long years of imprisonment did not weaken the faith of our brother or break his will, on the contrary, seeing all the depravity of the tyrant Karimov’s regime, strengthened his faith in the integrity of his ideas and the nobility of his aim so he continued his call confident of the victory from Allah Al-Aziz Al-Jabbar. In 2012, our brother got 5 or 6 years of another term and was transferred to Colony UA 64/51 in Kasan town of Kashkadarya region.

Colony 64/51 in Kasan is notorious for tortures and deaths. Our brothers Umrzakov Kodirzhon, from the Eugeniy region and many others have become martyrs in this particular prison. In fact the prison administration uses prisoners-criminals for torturing and murdering of our brothers from the dawah carriers. For a long time the group of notorious criminals led by a bandit named Hilol carries out severe tortures both physically and mentally to break the will and weaken their resolve of the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir.

The criminals use all sorts of physical and mental pressure against the Shabab of Hizb does not deter them who took the noble companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, such as Bilal, Yasir, Khubeyb and many other (May Allah be pleased with them) who withstood courageously the trial. Not getting Shabab’s refusal from the ideas of Hizb and its call, the criminals took to a more severe method – poisoning. The cowards and scoundrels began to pour poison into the food of our brothers that slowly kills the human body. The result is that now the Shabab of Hizb are limited even in food and water, because of the danger of being poisoned.

Our brother Zhuraboy died during the month of July in a prison hospital after the criminals threw him under the working machine. The prison administration wrote the cause of his death was to a work related injury. And it has become customary for the criminal power Uzbekistan to conceal their traces of the crime, ordered the relatives to hastily perform the burial rite without informing anyone.

We in the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir express our deepest condolences to the family of our brother Siddikov Zhuraboy, Rahmahu Allah.  We ask Allah Almighty to bestow a beautiful patience upon his family. We ask Allah the Almighty the Supreme to hasten for us the establishment of the second Khilafah Rashidah State upon the method of the Prophethood. We ask the Almighty to inflict torment on the tyrant Karimov regime at our hands. Allah Almighty Most Able says in His Noble Book,

مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا

“Among the believers there are men who have been true to the contract they made with Allah. Some of them have fulfilled their pact by death and some are still waiting to do so, not having changed in any way at all.”

(33:23)
