The Syrian Presidency confirmed that the Russian Air Force was sent to Syria “after the request of the Syrian state in the message sent by President Bashar al-Assad to President Vladimir Putin, included an invitation to send air forces under President Putin’s initiative to combat terrorism.”

The entry of Russia on the front line; with its aircrafts targeting several areas in Homs and Hama, proved to everyone that the fight against terrorism is not confined to the ISIS organization only but is subject to the criteria related to the interests of the West and its agents, and proved that the West puts all factions in one basket without distinction between the Free Army and Islamists. This categorization has been promoted in the media only to make the factions strike each other, and this has been proven by blows received by factions of various kinds and denominations; whether in the town of Atmah earlier or in the countryside of Homs and Hama.

Also it proved that those claiming its friendship with the Syrian people; and the supporters of the regime are in the same trench against Ash-Sham’s revolution. The town of Atmah was bombed at the hands of the international coalition led by the United States, which includes countries that claim its support and friendship to the Syrian revolution, and Homs and Hama were bombed at the hands of Russia, which is supportive of the criminal regime. It is the same mission: the protection of the tumbling Syrian regime, and added to that the emergency mission to the Russians.  They are all enemies of Islam and the Muslims, and the religion of Kufr is one.

لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُونَ

“They do not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. And it is they who are the transgressors”

(At-Tawba: 10)

These strikes come in the context of the ailing regime’s recovery that is about to collapse. Also they come in the context of the pressure on the factions and popular support alike to be placed under the international will to sit at the negotiation table with the criminal agent regime leading to a political solution, the American way. And the launch of the Russian air strikes in Syria would not have happened without a green light from America which is seeking to drag the world in to fighting against what they call terrorism and this was confirmed by a US official when he said, “Russia notified the United States in advance that it intends to launch air strikes there.”  America and its Russian ally have joint coordination to avoid any inadvertent conflict during the air strikes launched in Syria according to statements by the US Secretary of State John Kerry.

The sharing of roles in the series of crimes committed against the people of Ash-Sham before the sight of the whole world, who stand silent and passive. They are joined in this silence by the traitor Muslim rulers and on top of the list are the rulers of the Gulf States, who launched their “storm” in Yemen in service to their masters but stood watching the Muslims’ bloodshed in the land of Ash-Sham, as they are involved but from behind a screen, and without declaring it. The Turkish regime that deafened our ears with hollow rhetoric that does not translate on the ground, but instead it participated with the enemies of Allah سبحانه وتعالى in the wicked crusader alliance against Ash-Sham’s revolution; after it opened its military bases to be the launching point for their planes.

O factions of dignity in Ash-Sham:

There is no longer any room for doubt that America is leading a global war against the Muslims in the land of Ash-Sham, only because they have declared that their revolution is for Allah سبحانه وتعالى and that their leader is Mohammed ﷺ and demanded the return of the Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood. They were abandoned by the whole world and even were plotted against them, and led the war against them to divert them from their Deen if they could. He سبحانه وتعالى says:

وَلَا يَزَالُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّى يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَنْ دِينِكُمْ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعُوا

“And they will continue to fight you until they turn you back from your religion if they are able.”

(Al-Baqara: 217)

Therefore, Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Syria invites you to line up and unite your ranks around the project that satisfies your Lord, to deserve His victory, you no longer have after today an excuse for your division. The enemies of Allah سبحانه وتعالى have united to fight the Muslims in the land of Ash-Sham, so how can you justify your difference and division? So unite and hold fast to the rope of Allah and cut off all the other ties.

وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا

“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided”

(Al-i-Imran: 103)

O Armies in Muslim Countries:

You are the sons of the Islamic Ummah and an impregnable shield, you are under control of puppet rulers who sold their Deen cheaply for this Dunya. They turned you into tools to maintain their power and to abort all attempts to overthrow them. This land of Ash-Sham is the best proof of what is intended for the armies of the Muslims. Do not make them in control over you and shake off the dust of humiliation and shame and hasten to the forgiveness from your Lord and Paradise as wide as the heavens and the earth prepared for the righteous by helping your brothers in the land of Ash-Sham, who were abandoned by your rulers and surrendered them to the enemies of Allah سبحانه وتعالى. We warn you of the wrath of Allah as a result of your obedience to your masters and your lack of support for the Muslims. He سبحانه وتعالى says:

وَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّا أَطَعْنَا سَادَتَنَا وَكُبَرَاءَنَا فَأَضَلُّونَا السَّبِيلَا

“And they will say, “Our Lord, indeed we obeyed our masters and our dignitaries, and they led us astray from the [right] way.”

(Al-Ahzab: 67)

Repeat the history of conquerors and take a stance that will be remembered and rewarded by Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Be a worthy successor to the best predecessor, and may Allah make the Ummah of Islam united by your work under the banner of one banner, the banner of La Ilaha Ila Allah Muhammad Rasool Allah.

وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ

“And that day the believers will rejoice in the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful”

(Ar-Rum: 4-5)
