A Moscow city court issued a sentence on 24/07/2015 on another member of Hizb ut Tahrir members. The Court sentenced Rustam Snakaiv, aged 37, from Ash Shilabensk to five years in prison and a fine of 20,000 rubles.

Muslims are accused of terrorism because their call to Islam and for working to propagate it and for giving religious lessons, and this is in the oppressive language of the law is participation in the activities of proscribed organizations on the territory of Russia.

In addition to other facts, giving political religious classes, and keeping of banned books, and on top of this, they could not find a heavier charge for a Muslim or specify a charge more than the charge of (affiliation to) Hizb ut Tahrir, which is working to spread the concepts of Islam.

But unfortunately this work is considered as an act of terrorism in the Russian State.

It is clear that Russia is afraid of Islam, and its carriers as it is afraid of fire, this is why it fight against party members brutally.

The only reason that drives the Russian State to wage war against Hizb ut Tahrir and treat it as a terrorist party, is the unjustified Russia’s Supreme Court’s decision in February 2013,  which considered Hizb ut Tahrir an Islamic political terrorist organization.

Thus, the criminalization of the Dawah carriers became characteristic of Russia, and Russia remains the only country in the world which considers Hizb ut Tahrir a terrorist party.

The Russian authorities are fighting Islam insanely and with all maliciousness, similar to perished regimes such as the communist and those before them also from the rulers of darkness, whom Allah سبحانه وتعالى said regarding them:

وَقَالُوا مَا هِيَ إِلَّا حَيَاتُنَا الدُّنْيَا نَمُوتُ وَنَحْيَا وَمَا يُهْلِكُنَا إِلَّا الدَّهْرُ

“And they say, “There is not but our worldly life; we die and live, and nothing destroys us except time”

(Al-Jathiyah: 24)

قُلِ اللَّهُ يُحْيِيكُمْ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يَجْمَعُكُمْ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا رَيبَ فِيهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكَثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

“Say, “Allah causes you to live, then causes you to die; then He will assemble you for the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt, but most of the people do not know”

(Al-Jathiya: 26)
