Public Notice from Hizb ut Tahrir Tunisia to the President and the Prime Minister

On Friday 08 May 2015 two delegates of Hizb ut Tahrir / Tunisia delivered a Public Notice for both the President and the Prime Minister. It reads:

 

“Public Notice

From: Hizb ut Tahrir / Tunisia

To: The President and the Prime Minister

Subject: Regarding official talks to give America land ownership in Tunisia as part of the embassy events settlement in 2012

We were informed that you are discussing with the US government giving land ownership to the US government with an area over ​​20,000 square meters in compensation for damages caused in the embassy events in 2012, worth 30 million dinars, according to an American assessment.                        

How can you forsake the land of the country of Az-Zaytouna for the American colonialist who will use it as a base for subversive actions that afflict not only the Islamic world but also the regions throughout the world?

And how can you surrender the land ownership in our country for an evaluation done by a colonizing enemy of the highest order to our country and the Ummah, or are the demands of America and the West Qur’an that must be obeyed?!

We hope that you are not involved in this matter, in this betrayal of the country and its people, but for the whole Ummah; while you talk of sovereignty!!

If this information is contrary to the reality, then explain your position, the people of Tunisia will not allow the tearing up parts of their land, the land of Islam, in any way. The country has its men, and in the country there is an aware leadership which will not allow forsaking an inch of it.” 

 

Thus we call upon the media to be serious in revealing the circumstances of this dangerous matter for the sake the country and its security, and to stand on the side of the Ummah for its liberation from colonialism and agency, in addition to the fight to get out of the decline. We emphasize the role of the media and the media personnel, as an integral part of the great Ummah of Islam, to be committed to addressing the major issues and not engage in the distraction policy in trivial issues since this is the time of the Ummah do not disappoint it.
