The Sudanese government and the United Nations ratified a joint action plan for the protection of children from violations in conflict zones. The plan took four years of research and deliberations between the two sides and it was described by the UN as being a comprehensive plan. The Minister of Social Welfare, Mashair Al-Dawalab, in his speech during the celebration ceremony, confirmed the commitment of the Sudanese government to the protection of the children within the regions of conflict and to prevent their recruitment or being exposed to psychological or physical violations. This is whilst the Foreign Minister, Ibrahim Ghandour, from his perspective, said in his speech “The protection of the children is a moral, patriotic and religious responsibility governing the constitution and the laws of the Sudanese armed forces, police forces and the security and intelligence departments”. Leila Zerrougui, the special representative of the UN Secretary-General for the protection of children from violations in armed Conflict, praised the plan that the government had prepared in collaboration with the UN agency and described it as being a comprehensive plan. She said in her speech, “This plan comes as a confirmation to Sudan’s desire and to its commitment to the international conventions that stipulate the ending of the exploitation of children and their bad treatment in conflict zones” (Aakhir Lahzhah Newspaper, 28/03/2016).

The truth which history records and which everyone of sound mind is aware of is that the UN is a tool of the West used to dominate and spread its controlling dominance over the world in the name of human rights and democracy through military power just like in Bosnia, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria and wide regions of Africa, or through economic punitive measures like in Iraq and Libya. In addition, without even looking at the crimes of the Jewish entity perpetrated against children, you have the children of Shaam (Syria) who are dying every day and in Yemen as well… and so on… And it is certain that this has been accompanied by the deaths of millions of children from starvation and disease whilst the UN is a false witness over their deaths and indeed it is the UN that has killed them when it brings in international forces through the like of these international conventions representing the nets of the West to fish in turbid waters. In light of all of these crimes (and what is concealed is far worse) today the UN is talking about protecting the children in Sudan alongside a government that embodies a part of the calamity that has befallen the children in the war zones and is responsible first and foremost for what the children are suffering from as a result of the manufactured wars.

O Muslims: The government’s cooperation with the international institutions of Kufr (disbelief) is a Munkar that the Shar’a does not acknowledge. The Prophet ﷺ said:

«… إِنَّا لا نَسْتَعِينُ بِمُشْرِكٍ»

“…Verily we do not seen assistance with the Mushrik (disbeliever /polytheist)”

that is on top of it representing a mirage from which nothing positive can be hoped for:

مَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلا الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ

“Neither those who disbelieve from the People of the Scripture nor the polytheists wish that any good should be sent down to you from your Lord”

(Al-Baqarah: 105)

So what is the case of the rulers who pin their hopes upon the disbelievers; awaiting relief, assistance and the saving of Muslim children. Those who get matters from the enemies of the Ummah moving, (the enemies) who have created the wars and tragedies through these plans and accursed conventions which have opened up our lands to become prey to the plans of the disbelievers and is done through a rope extended by the governments who have failed to put down solutions to their problems and then sought help and assistance from the West which is always looking for a foothold to master its plundering and looting?

Indeed, the children are in need of protection and that would happen by putting out the wars ignited by capitalism which plunders the natural resources and mercilessly wipes out the old and the young. It fulfils that through international treaties and conventions in what they call the theory of the just war to serve democracy and peace, which is applied by double standards and utilises every form of violence and destructive force involving children.

This plan to protect the children that has been happily and proudly signed reaffirms that the state is not aware of its obligation towards those children because it has placed its hand in the hand of the enemies in respect to planning and implementation so that the same can be done with these children as has been done to their brothers in Madaya and Falujah, and to the children of Myanmar and Central Africa.

The protection of children in the places of conflict is a Shar’i ruling as the Messenger ﷺ in his instructions to the commanders of the armies in all of the military expeditions said:

«انْطَلِقُوا بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ وَبِاللَّهِ وَعَلَى مِلَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ وَلاَ تَقْتُلُوا شَيْخًا فَانِيًا وَلاَ طِفْلاً وَلاَ صَغِيرًا وَلاَ امْرَأَةً وَلاَ تَغُلُّوا وَضُمُّوا غَنَائِمَكُمْ وَأَصْلِحُوا وَأَحْسِنُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ»

“Go forth in Allah’s name, trusting in Allah, and adhering to the religion of the Messenger of Allah. Do not kill a decrepit old man, or a young infant, or a child, or a woman; do not be dishonest about booty, but collect your spoils, do right and act well, for Allah loves those who are righteous”.

The children will never be protected except by a true Islamic State that possesses a real political will. The principle of justice and fairness springs out from its principles by which the Muslims worship the Lord of the Worlds. The same principles which criminalise cooperation with the enemies and prohibits seeking assistance from them, and which protect the children and all others through the application of the Islamic Shariah.

لا يَتَّخِذِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِنْ دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَمَنْ يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَ اللَّهِ فِي شَيْءٍ

“Let not the believers take the disbelievers as Auliya (supporters, helpers, etc.) instead of the believers, and whoever does that will never be helped by Allah in any way”

(Aali ‘Imraan: 28)
