Philippines President Duterte has given his soldiers carte blanche to commit the most heinous of crimes and that he will take responsibility if his soldiers violate citizens’ rights in Mindanao, including by committing rape.

“I’ll be with you all the way. If you go down, I go down. But for this martial law and the consequences of martial law, and the ramifications of martial law, I and I alone would be responsible,” Duterte said, while addressing soldiers of the 2nd Mechanized Infantry Brigade of the Philippine Army in Iligan City on Friday.

“If you raped three (women), I will be the one to admit that it’s me,” Duterte said.

“If you marry four, son of a whore, you will be punched by – this guy,” he added while gesturing towards Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana.

“It’s just work, I have your back.”

“During martial law, you are commanders, you can arrest any person, search any house, no need for a warrant,” Duterte said in direct contravention of the Philippines’ 1987 constitution.

This is the same person US President Trump recently called a “good man” and “keep up the good work, you are doing an amazing job … God bless you”.

This is the same person who advocated gang rape as mayor of Davao City in Mindanao in the Philippines, Duterte made a cruel “joke” about the victim of a gang rape incident. “I was angry because she was raped, that’s one thing. But she was so beautiful, the mayor should have been first. What a waste!”

This is the epitome of western civilisation where vile person(s) are in charge of people’s affairs.

It is well beyond time that the decrepit manmade systems which allow such vile person(s) to be in charge be removed from the earth and a new world order established based upon the truth. The truth is that which was revealed in this blessed month of Ramadhan, the furqan, the criterion which lays waste to all falsehood holding up the vessel of truth alone. This is the month of victory so hasten ya Ummah of Islam to work for the establishment of a new world order and bring justice to mankind.

O Ummah of Islam, arise to that which pleases your Lord, and answer the caller to Allah and work with the workers to establish the righteous Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ

“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered.”
