Two employees of the security services in the city of Nyala, set out yesterday evening Wednesday, 13/05/2015, to take Brother Adam Musa, Member of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, from the popular market in Nyala, where Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan was conducting a dialogue point within the framework of the week of activities commemorating the 94^th anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah. This is in order to remind Muslims of what their situation would be under the application of the provisions of Allah under the Khilafah State, versus their situation which they have reached today after the destruction of the Khilafah and the exclusion of the Shariah law. And to awaken Muslims’ determinations to restore the Khilafah Rashidah State on the method of the Prophethood once again; satisfying their Lord with it, to prosper in their worldly life, and succeed in their Hereafter.

An order was issued under Article 77 of the Sudanese man-made criminal law, which states: “A person is said to commit the offence of public nuisance if he commits an act which is likely to cause public damage or danger or inconvenience to the public or those living or working in a neighboring place or to those who exercise a public right”. And subsequently Brother Adam Musa was imprisoned in South Nyala police department, then after two hours he was transferred to West Nyala police department, and spent the night in prison. He was released on bail today Thursday, 14/05/2015 CE. However, the security police took him back to the presidency of the Security Police. Then after Dhuhr prayer on Thursday, members of the security and intelligence apparatus came and took him to their offices, and is still with them until the writing of this statement.

The most peculiar of this regime is its silence on the evil of fighting that has been happening in this country; thus forbidden (Haram) blood is shed, and it does not extend its authority on those committing this evil atrocity and the indulging in the forbidden (Haram) blood. Instead it is bothered by the Dawah carriers who call to Islam, and to the return of the rule of Allah under the Sultan of the Khilafah Rashidah on the method of the Prophethood; the absent obligation that every Muslim must be undertaking. It is amazing that the one who performs this great duty is considered to be troublesome deserving detention! But perish to a authority that is irritated by the voice of Islamic Dawah carriers, not batting an eye as it commits the evil of ruling by other than what Allah has revealed.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan assure this oppressive regime in Sudan, that imprisonment, detention and other methods of repression practiced against the sons of the Ummah, will not deter the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir from work to remove your corrupt, oppressive, malevolent regimes which fight Islam, and to establish a second Khilafah Rashidah State on the method of the Prophethood; the promise of our Lord and the glad-tiding of our Prophet al-Mustafa صلى الله عليه وسلم, despite the span of your bleak night, and despite your tyranny and arrogance, for you shall perish soon, Allah willing ,

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَبِالْمِرْصَادِ

“Indeed, your Lord is in observation”

(Al-Fajr: 14)

وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ

“And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned.”

(Ash-Shu’ara: 227)
