End the Persecution of Hizb ut Tahrir
On the night of Monday 5 June, corresponding to the night of 11 Ramadhan, the thugs of the Bajwa-Nawaz regime forced their way into the Lahore home of Daniyal Aziz, terrifying the women folk, and upon not finding him there, seized his brother. So, in a blessed month wherein Muslims seek the mercy and forgiveness of Allah (swt), fast so that they may fear Allah (swt) and have a shield from Hellfire and during an evening wherein Muslims stand in prayer, the Bajwa-Nawaz regime saw fit to violate the sanctity of a Muslim home, whose pious women cover themselves, in pursuit of a sincere advocate of the Khilafah. They did so even though it was narrated from Anas that RasulAllah ﷺ said, «مَنْ رَوَّعَ مُؤْمِنًا لَمْ يُؤَمِّنِ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ رَوْعَتَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ» “Whosoever terrifies a believer will not be secure from being terrified on the Day of Resurrection.” (Kanz al-Ummal). And they harm the caller to Islam even though RasulAllah ﷺ said, «وَمَنْ عَادَى أَوْلِيَاءَ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ بَارَزَ اللَّهَ بِالْمُحَارَبَةِ» “And whosoever shows hostility to the Awliya (ones close to Allah) of Allah will vie with Allah in belligerency.” (Hakim narrated as Sahih from Mu’aadh bin Jabal).
Surely, the Bajwa-Nawaz regime has confirmed that there is no law in Pakistan but the law of the US State Department, for it is the colonialists that demand the forceful suppression of Islam, within a state which was established in the name of Islam. Surely, the regime has confirmed that it wants to revive the long dead spirit of the cruel British Raj occupation which used the judiciary and police to forcefully suppress the Muslims, whose only desire was for Islam to be supreme in these pure lands. And surely, in its lust to please its masters in Washington, the regime has lost itself by failing to heed the severe warning of Allah (swt) against those who torture the sincere Muslims for their commitment to Islam, in His Saying,
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ الْحَرِيقِ
“Indeed, those who have tortured the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire.”
(Surah Al-Buruj 85:10)
Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Pakistan assures the regime and its masters in Washington, that the tyranny against the Hizb will not slow down its march or yield before their oppression. The Trump administration and its door-men in the Muslim World must not estimate the sincere and committed Muslims, as they estimate themselves, for the believers fear only Allah (swt), know that they are on the side of Truth and will sacrifice all that He (swt) has bestowed upon them. Allah is the Al-Qawii Al-Aziz, He is the Best Disposer of Affairs and their Support. Allah (swt) said,
الَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمْ النَّاسُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا لَكُمْ فَاخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ
“Those unto whom the people said: “Verily, the people have gathered against you (a great army), therefore fear them.” But it (only) increased them in Faith and they said: “Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for us and He is the Best Disposer of affairs.”
(Surah Al-i-Imran: 173)
