Foreign Minister Pours Salt in the Wounds of the Rohingya Muslims
Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif expressed his “deep anguish at the ongoing violence against the Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar,” a statement issued by the Foreign Office on 4 September 2017 said. If such a statement came from a poor man on the street with little means but his tears and anguish, it would be accepted. However, such a statement is not accepted from the Foreign Minister of the world’s only Muslim nuclear power, possessing the world’s seventh largest armed forces and sixth largest army. We do not see such a stance of “poverty” from Khawaja Asif and his like when it comes to demands from Washington to suppress the tribal resistance against the US occupation of Afghanistan, or choke the life out of Jihad-e-Kashmir against the Hindu State. For them the immense resources and noble armed forces of Pakistan are “reserved for hire” by their colonialists masters alone, whether locally or far flung places such as Sierra Leone. However, whenever Muslims are oppressed, the current undeserving rulers act as if they have nothing but toothpicks in their hands.
Khawaja Asif and his like have confirmed that the only way out of humiliation and despair is the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. A sincere leadership would have sealed the Myanmar embassy in Islamabad by now. A sincere leadership would have closed its own embassy in Myanmar, with an announcement of the commencement of hostilities by now. A sincere leadership would announced the nulling and voiding of the 2015 contract with the Myanmar Air Force of sixteen JF-17 Thunder multi-role fighters and ceased all talks to establish their local production within Myanmar. It would declare the re-establishment of Islamic ruling and send envoys to the regimes of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Indonesia to prepare their unification under the Khilafah. And it would send its armed forces to deliver a blow against the Myanmar butchers, which would scare the Shayateen from them and revive in them memories of the destruction of their Rakhine marauder ancestors at the hands of Sultan Aurangzeb Alamgir.
Let Khwaja Asif and his kind know that their every word in the current situation exposes them further and beckons their end. The Ummah is wide awake to the point it recognizes immediately the one who is trying to beckon it back to sleep. The best such rulers can do is fall silent, repent and make way for the march for the re-establishment of the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood. And then at least, at that time, they can expect some concession for themselves for their previous treachery.
And let the Muslims abandon these rulers as they have abandoned us. Let us fix in our sights the saying of RasulAllah ﷺ, «إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ» “The Imam is but a shield, behind whom the Muslims fight and by whom they are protected.” This is what we miss in our time, the Imam al-Junnah (the shield), who governs us by Islam under the shade of a righteous Khilafah (Caliphate) State on the Method of the Prophethood. So, the Khilafah spares the blood of Muslims, protect their honor, liberates their lands from occupation and subordination, and carries Islam as a message of justice, light and guidance to humanity, which will save it from the misery of democracy and capitalism.
Pakistan’s Rulers Accept BRICS Agenda to Outlaw Khilafah and Jihad
“Pakistan is also seriously concerned about the threat posed by terrorism and extremism in the South Asian region,” Foreign Office spokesman Nafees Zakaria said on 5 September 2017 in a response to the BRICS summit’s declaration, which effectively declared illegal the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood, as well as Jihad, both against the US occupying forces in Afghanistan and against the Hindu State occupation of Kashmir. The BRICS leaders Xiamen Declaration unprecedentedly noted that “the security situation in the region and violence caused by the Taliban, ISIS, Al Qaida and its affiliates including Eastern Turkistan Islamic Movement, Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, the Haqqani network, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad, TTP and Hizbut Tahrir.” It also called for holding to account those “committing, organising, or supporting terrorist acts.”
It is typical of Pakistan’s rulers to accept without question the agenda imposed by foreign powers. This is because it has abandoned Islam as a standard for politics and so are incapable of leading the Ummah and establishing Islam as a standard for other nations. The Islamic leadership would have exposed the premise of the statement and rejected it as a basis, thereby putting India, China and Russia on the back-foot. The Muslim Ummah, as other nations, has the right to defend its lands from occupation, whether Afghanistan, Occupied Kashmir or Palestine. And the Muslim Ummah, as other nations, has the right to self-determine its affairs by that which it believes is right, Islam, through the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood. Until the Muslims are blessed by a leadership ruling by Islam, continually the current rulers will be on the back-foot, retreating before the Kuffar and abandoning the rights of the Muslims. It is upon the Muslims to work earnestly for the re-establishment of the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood, so as to establish Islam as the dominant standard for all of humankind. Allah swt said,
هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ
“It is He who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although they who associate others with Allah dislike it.”
(Surah at-Tawba 9:33)
Jihad is not Fassad but an Obligation on Our Armed Forces
At a tribute to the martyrs of the 1965 war on Pakistan’s 52nd Defence Day at General Headquarters on 6 September 2017, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa said, “I would like tell misguided people that whatever you are doing is not jihad but fasaad. Your country and your people are being hurt the most by your actions… Not only is the entire country paying the price of the fire of you have set, but our enemies are also taking advantage of the situation… A monopoly over violence should only be the prerogative of the state.”
Bajwa through his statements increasingly exposes his ignorance of Islam and allegiance to the US agenda. The fire in the country was set by the US, after Bajwa’s predecessor in betrayal, Musharraf, enabled the US invade and occupy the region. The US repaid Pakistan by increasing the fires within Pakistan, through establishing the Raymond Davis network and then the Kulbashan Yadev network, to instigate a campaign of assassinations and bombings. The fire was kept burning by Kayani and then Raheel through suppressing the tribal resistance against the US. And now Bajwa is attacking the concept of Jihad itself, when it is the duty of our armed forces to stand with the tribal resistance against the US occupying forces.
As for Bajwa’s insistence that “violence should only be the prerogative of the state,” the Muslims must beware of these rulers and their deceptions. He is following the US agenda to outlaw Jihad, which he has made haram for the tribal resistance as well as our armed forces. Such rulers must be compelled to move our troops for battle or make way for the sincere advocates of the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood, so that our troops have a leadership that will lead them into battle. The Muslims must reject any ruler who has sold his Akhirah for the worldly pleasures, preventing the Jihad against the occupying forces, whether in Occupied Kashmir or Afghanistan. Allah (swt) said,
قَاتِلُوهُمْ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ اللَّهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ وَيُخْزِهِمْ وَيَنْصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُؤْمِنِينَ
“Fight against them so that Allâh will punish them by your hands and disgrace them and give you victory over them and heal the breasts of a believing people.”
(Surah at-Tawbah 9:14)
