23 January 2019 Mini Budget Holds no Surprises as Regime is Chin Deep in Negotiations with IMF

The scheduled 23 January 2019 Mini Budget is really no surprise when one considers the fact that the Bajwa-Imran regime is locked in negotiations with the IMF. Despite false pretense of the regime of optics, smokes and mirrors, the IMF is getting its claws and fangs into the business of ripping Pakistan’s economy apart for the sake of maintaining global dollar supremacy. Gerry Rice, Director, IMF Communications Department confirmed in a press briefing on 17 January 2019 that, “it was in October last year, during our Annual Meetings actually, that Pakistan’s Finance Minister made a formal request for financial assistance from the IMF. So since then we’ve had a staff team visit Islamabad following that request that I mentioned.” And the IMF confirmed on 15 January 2019 that Pakistan has implemented the IMF’s Enhanced General Data Dissemination System, which allows colonialist investors to rapidly to target Pakistan’s most valuable assets for ownership and exploitation, reviving bad memories of the East India Company’s exploratory surveys.

The repeated mini-budgets are just appetizers for the IMF, before the main meal that follows the signing of the Letter of Intent, with its attached Memorandum on Economic and Financial Policies. To maintain the dollar hegemony, the colonialists demand the removal of subsidies and increasing of taxes so Pakistan can buy more dollars, as well as weakening the rupee before the dollar to maintain dollar supremacy, resulting in back breaking inflation. So, it is clear that the Bajwa-Imran regime is walking steadily down the well-trodden path of economic ruin that the Musharraf-Aziz, Kayani-Zardari and Raheel-Nawaz regimes did before it. By doing so the regime has confirmed that nothing short of re-establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood will ever bring change to Pakistan. Islam alone rejects fiat currency tied to the dollar peg, radically ending the need to maintain dollar reserves and weaken the local currency before the dollar. RasulAllah ﷺ mandated gold and silver as the currency of the Islamic State established in Madinah. The Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood alone will bring stability and strength to the state’s currency, as gold and silver carry their own intrinsic value and are universally accepted for international trade.

Despite Sahiwal Firing Crisis, Imran rushes to Qatar to Secure Talks for His Fallen US Masters with the Afghan Taliban

Whilst the Muslims of Pakistan clamored for justice in the Sahiwal firing case, after the excessive use of force by the US WoT guardian, the CTD, Imran Khan bolted off to Qatar. His sudden flight from a major national crisis was followed by news shortly thereafter, that the Afghan Taliban had resumed talks with the US in Qatar. Indeed, the US has complete confidence in Imran Khan in saving it from a humiliating complete withdrawal from Afghanistan, like Soviet Russia before it. Commenting on his 20 January 2019 visit to Imran Khan, senior member of the Senate Armed Services’ Committee, Republican Senator, Lindsey Graham, joyfully gushed that, “The narrative back home is that Pakistan says one thing and they do another and its double deal. I can tell you I have seen things changed all in the positive direction, whilst adding, “If President Trump ever met Prime Minister Khan and he listened to what I have listened today, I think he will be far more enthusiastic about the region than he is today.”

Whilst rebuking previous regimes for being hired guns, the Bajwa-Imran regime sees no shame in acting as hired facilitators for the US occupying forces. Whilst the people watched reports about the Sahiwal firing in horror, Imran Khan basked in the praise of Senator Graham. As chaos and confusion prevailed at home, he rushed with purpose to Qatar to aid his fallen and struggling master, the US, putting his head down until he personally secured a result. Thus, whilst Pakistan lay broken and grieving, Imran Khan prioritized the securing the US private military and military a permanent presence, through talks with the Afghan Taliban.

Allah (swt) said, وَإِذَا لَقُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ قَالُوۤا آمَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلَوْاْ إِلَىٰ شَيَاطِينِهِمْ قَالُوۤاْ إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُسْتَهْزِئُونَ “And when they meet those who believe, they say, “We believe”; but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say, “Indeed, we are with you; we were only mockers.” [Surah al-Baqarah 2:14]. Pakistan’s rulers are deceiving the people, whilst siding with the enemies of Muslims and Islam. Before coming to power, they boasted that they would never meet anyone but the highest US officials, but now they glow with pride at meeting a mere US Senator. They render themselves lowly and disgraced, because they seek power through alliance with the enemies of Allah (swt), rather than Allah (swt) and His Deen of Truth. Allah (swt) said, الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعًا “Those who take disbelievers for allies instead of believers, do they seek power with them? Verily, then to Allah belongs all power.” [Surah an-Nisa’a 4:139]. So, let us turn away from rulers that deceive and abandon us so they can assist the kuffar in their struggles against us. Let us work with the advocates of the Khilafa to re-establish the guardian and shield of the Muslims, the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.

Islam Alone Sets Inviolable Limits for Each State Institution

On 17 January 2019, the new Chief Justice proposed an inter-institutional dialogue for developing what he called a charter of governance, saying that, “I would request the worthy president of Pakistan to convene a meeting and to chair the deliberations which should also be attended by top parliamentary leadership, the top judicial leadership and the top executive leadership, including the military and the intelligence agencies.” Mr. Khosa further said that “After bringing all major stakeholders in national governance to one table, efforts should be made to heal the wounds of the past, attend to the sore points and work out a practicable policy framework where every organ and institution of the state exercises its powers and performs its functions within its constitutionally defined limits.”

Since the creation of Pakistan there has been perpetual competition between state institutions. The parliament, judiciary, military and executive has been competing with each other to have more powers than others. Pakistan has seen the parliamentary and presidential form of democracy, as well as military dictatorships. After every few years when one form of governance fails to deliver, the ruling elite initiates a discussion of changing the roles and responsibility of various institutions of the state. Consequently, Pakistan has seen three constitutions and 23 amendments in its current 3rd constitution, the 1973 constitution, since independence. The failure of this man-made system is so comprehensive that the current ruling elite has initiated the same old debate. It is a distracting diversion so that people do not think of out of the box solutions for their miserable situation. We have lost more than seventy years through tinkering with the Kufr system left by the British Raj. Enough of man-made systems, it’s time to look to the ruling system of Islam, the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. In the Khilafah the responsibilities and obligations of the Khaleefah, Judiciary, Council of the Ummah and military have all been clearly defined. The Khaleefah has all the executive powers and is responsible to implement Islam. He alone adopts the rulings of Islam where there is difference of opinion. The Council of the Ummah advises and accounts the ruler over his ruling and adoptions. The judiciary settles disputes according to the Quran and Sunnah alone, whilst the military remains under the full control of Khaleefah, in the continuous effort to open new lands to Islam. No one can make laws according to his whims and desires in the Khilafah. Allah (swt) Alone is Sovereign and so each and every law must be derived from the divine sources, the Quran and Sunnah. Each article of the constitution must be derived from the Quran and Sunnah and any article that is not, is rejected. The current rulers must step asides to make way for those who know what Islam is and have the capability to implement it in every field of life. This is the only way forward. Allah (swt) said, وَلَا تَتَّبِعِ الۡهَوٰى فَيُضِلَّكَ عَنۡ سَبِيۡلِ اللّٰهِ‌ؕ اِنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ يَضِلُّوۡنَ عَنۡ سَبِيۡلِ اللّٰهِ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ شَدِيۡدٌۢ بِمَا نَسُوۡا يَوۡمَ الۡحِسَابِ‏ “And do not follow [your own] desire, as it will lead you astray from the way of Allah. Indeed, those who go astray from the way of Allah will have a severe punishment for having forgotten the Day of Account.” (Surah Saad 38:26).
