US Undertakes a Malicious Campaign because it is an Enemy that must be Taken as an Enemy, not an Ally

The Foreign Office (FO) on 21 December 2017 warned against a “malicious campaign” being used to trivialise Pakistan’s achievements in the war against terrorism, days after United States (US) President Donald Trump announced a new National Security Strategy (NSS) which is tough on Pakistan. FO Spokesperson Dr Muhammad Faisal during a weekly briefing rejected the “unfounded accusations” levelled against Islamabad by Trump in his announcement. Pakistan’s current leadership continuously calls foul at US deride and accusation. Yet, it maintains a strong alliance with the US, including economic, military and political ties. This contradiction exists is because the leadership does not rule by Islam and so will never deal with enemy nations upon a war basis.

Engaging in an alliance with a flagrant enemy, America, is Haraam for Allah (swt) said:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِيَاءَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ

“O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliya’ (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliya’ to one another. And if any one amongst you takes them as Auliya’, then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust)”

(Surah Al-Maidah 5:51)

Allying with the enemy America will not bring us safety and security for Allah (swt) said:

إِنْ يَثْقَفُوكُمْ يَكُونُوا لَكُمْ أَعْدَاءً وَيَبْسُطُوا إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتَهُمْ بِالسُّوءِ وَوَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ

“Should they gain the upper hand over you, they would behave to you as enemies, and stretch forth their hands and their tongues against you with evil, and they desire that you should disbelieve”

(Surah Mumtahina 60:2)

America wishes to incite disturbances and disputes to justify intervention in the regions it wishes to dominate. What has happened since 2001 until today is a clear evidence. The need of the time is a leadership that rules by Islam alone. Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood is the need of the time.

Man-Made Law is the Cause of the Ills of Seventy Years, Abolish Democracy and Dictatorship, Establish the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood

Putting an end to confusion surrounding the future leadership of the embattled PML-N, former prime minister Nawaz Sharif told party aides on 20 November 2017 that Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif would be the party’s candidate for premiership in the upcoming General Election. “Someone will have to stand up to correct the ills of 70 years,” he said, adding that he was standing upright in the battle. PML-N members appreciated the decision taken by the party chief on 21 December 2017.

The ills of seventy years are due to the man-made systems of Democracy and Dictatorship. They will never disappear just by changing the Prime Minister or President, whether it is Nawaz Sharif, Shahbaz Sharif, Zardari or Imran Khan in any combination. The root of the ills of seventy years that Islam has not been implemented. Islam’s laws are stipulated by the Creator of man, life and the universe. In Democracy and Dictatorship, human beings granted themselves legislative authority which corruption of the highest order. In the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood must be derived from the Quran and the Sunnah, for Allah (swt) said:

إِنِ الْحُكْمُ إِلاَّ لِلّهِ

“There is no legislation except that of Allah”

(Surah Al-An’am: 57)

Democracy and Dictatorship made the purpose of man fulfilling their whims and desires, irrespective of the Halaal and Haraam. In the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood, through adhering to the Halaal and Haraam in all spheres of life, the Muslims will live life fully according to the purpose that Allah (swt) stipulated:

وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ

“I did not create jinn and humans except that they worship Me”

(Surah Adh-Dhariyat: 56)

The Devaluation of Rupee is because of Fiat Currency as Opposed to the Khilafah’s Gold and Silver Based Currency

The National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Finance was informed on 19 December that the rupee had lost around 8 per cent of its value against the dollar since July hitting an all time low at Rs. 110.55 against 1 USD, but the central bank declined to offer any measures if the local currency depreciates further. Instead Governor State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Tariq Bajwa talking to media after the meeting proclaimed that, “The rupee is at its fair value.”

The weakening of the Rupee is because of the neglect of the Islamic ruling on currency. In Islam, the currency is based on gold and silver as established in the Sunnah of RasulAllah ﷺ, rather than being a fiat currency. If the benefits of the gold and silver standard were to be compared with the fiat (paper currency) standard and other standards, it would be inevitable that the monetary gold standard would become a global standard. These benefits would not allow any other monetary standard to become established. Throughout the history of money and up until the First World War, the whole world operated upon the gold and silver standards. No other standards were known to the world until then. However, when the colonialists mastered the various styles of economic and financial imperialism, they began using currency as a means of colonialism and so established different monetary standards. They considered bank deposits and non-exchangeable banknotes, which had no reserve of gold or silver, as money, along with gold and silver. It is this matter which has led to instability in currency.

Hizb ut Tahrir adopted in its Introduction to the Constitution, Article 163, “The currency of the State is to be restricted to gold and silver, whether minted or not. No other form of currency for the State is permitted. The State can issue coinage not of gold or silver provided that the treasury of the State (bayt ul-mal) has the equivalent amount of gold and silver to cover the issued coinage. Thus, the State may issue coinage in its name from brass, bronze or paper notes etc. as long as it is covered completely by gold and silver.”
