National Action Plan Extension will not Prevent the Return of the Khilafah

As reported in Dawn 10th January 2017, “The federal government has already initiated consultations for a constitutional amendment to continue the military courts for a period which is agreed by all political parties represented in parliament,” Prime Minister’s Office said in a statement after a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on foreign policy and security. The meeting was attended by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Chief of the Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa, ISI Director Gen Lt Gen Naveed Mukhtar, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz, Special Assistant to the PM Tariq Fatemi and National Security Adviser retired Lt Gen Nasser Khan Janjua.

In July 2014, Pakistan Parliament had adopted PoPA (Protection of Pakistan Act) with a sunset clause of two years for speedy trial of “terror” suspects, followed by establishment of separate POPA courts. The act expired in August 2016 with none of the cases ever concluded under POPA. However, the act was used as a cover by the rulers to punish those who call for Islam, by delaying their cases, thereby prolonging their captivity behind bars in severe hostile conditions. The accused were booked under draconian POPA, whilst the courts or judges for months were not even assigned to start the hearing of these cases. Later through 21st amendment, Pakistan rulers and opposition legalized military court for trials of civilian “terror” suspects for a period of two years in January 2015, soon after evil men killed 144 people, mostly children, at an Army Public School (APS) in Peshawar.  However, this was used as a cover to suppress the legitimate fight against the US occupying forces in Afghanistan and the Indian occupation of Kashmir.

The US through the rulers has ensured implementation of its policies, whilst at the same time it can sense the growing anger amongst the Muslims of Pakistan regarding its enforcement of secularism, Islam-hostile policies, the US ever-growing hegemony and suppression of the ever-growing demand for political Islam. Under the guise of countering “terrorism”, the objective of aforementioned laws was to spread fear amongst the Islam loving Muslim groups or individuals who speak against the Kufr Democratic system and especially amongst those who are working for the revival of Islam as a state. Using laws under the National Action Plan, the regime’s thugs have been unleashed upon the sincere and aware Muslims, defaming, harassing and arresting Ulema, Islamic activists and other callers to Islam. The regime has threatened journalists to curb Islamic expression in the media and even intimidated the judiciary to stop it providing relief for Islamic politicians. And the regime has reserved some of its harshest brutality for the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir, advocates for the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood.

Laws such as POPA have given free license to the current regimes and its thugs for abductions of Islam-loving people, their torture, undue imprisonment, harassment of their families and spreading fear amongst their employers. Discussion extending the National Action Plan is an indicator that the regime has been unsuccessful in suppressing the call for Islam. It is an admission of failure to demoralize those speaking against the Kufr Democratic system and the advocates of Khilafah, who stood even firmer after the harshest of brutalities and earned the respect of the Muslims by doing so. No matter whether the regime extends old draconian laws or invents new one, the revival of Islam is the growing demand of the Muslims of Pakistan and across the globe, whilst the return of the Khilafah upon the Method of the Prophethood is a glad tiding of RasulAllah , «ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّة» Then there will be a Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood. Stability Demands Ejection of US from Our Soil

As reported in Dawn dated 7 January 2017, “in a 21-page exit memo, the outgoing US Secretary of State John Kerry stated “we have constructed state-of-the-art tactical security operations centres in key countries, such as Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan.” Later it was confirmed by Marc Toner, the Deputy Spokesman for the US State Department, that the security operations are based in the Islamabad Embassy to promptly respond to any military action. As reported in The News dated 13 January 2017, “Toner added it’s an embassy operations center for monitoring purpose. It’s basically monitoring worldwide activity 24/7 in order to – if something happens in anywhere in the world… the operations center is, if you will, the first responders to any kind of activity like that, to any kind of crisis.”

This comes as no surprise as the US has built the world’s second largest American embassy in Islamabad with approximately 56 acres of land, whilst its largest embassy is in Iraq which is of approximately of 106 acres land. The US embassy is not like any ordinary embassy but it has been the center of coordinating the covert security operations in Pakistan. The US in the past is known to have struck different covert deals with compliant regimes for its secret security operations in the country whether it be drone strikes, spying by federal agents or private military contractors openly operating in the country, amongst similar programs. As reported in The Nation dated 23 November 2009, some FBI agents and private military contractors posing as US diplomats have been working in Pakistan since 2006, with its report further stating, “In 2006, the United States and Pakistan struck a deal that authorized US JSOC (Joint Special Operations Command) to enter Pakistan to hunt Osama bin Laden with the understanding that Pakistan would deny it had given permission.”

Previously, by means of its black operations, including false flag attacks, the US was successful in generating a wave of terrorism, paving the way for Pakistan leaders to start military operations in the tribal belt. The tribal belt was essential in providing cross-border support to the resistance in Afghanistan against the US invasion. Crushing the support from the tribal belt was essential for US security in Afghanistan, as even after more than a decade of war, the US was unable to secure itself. The regime has been co-operating with the US, even though the US has explicitly stated that it has designs on our nuclear weapons and our attachment to Islam. As reported in Dawn dated 16 February 2016,” At a State Department news briefing, Deputy Spokesman Mark Toner said that “We’re concerned both about the security of those nuclear weapons, and that’s been a common refrain in our discussions with Pakistan.”

It is upon the sincere in the people of power to cut the head of the snake and purify Pakistan of all American presence. It is upon them to close the US embassy and consulates, which are fortresses in all but name, expel the enemies that roam the country to contact and spend dollars as they please, the US diplomats including its ambassador as well as the US private military and intelligence operatives. And these matters will only be practically realized once they extend the Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the return of the Khilafah.

Pakistan Tasked with Safeguarding its Enemy India

As per the daily press briefing of the US State department, on 10 January 2017, in response to a question, that safe havens in Pakistan are the reason why “terrorists” can attack Afghanistan, the Deputy Spokesman of the US State Department, Mark Toner, said, “the short answer to your first question is yes, and I think we’ve been very frank and very open about publicly saying to – to Pakistan that it needs to not provide any safe haven to groups that will or are intent on carrying out attacks on Afghanistan. We’ve seen some progress, we’ve seen them take some steps to address these safe havens, but clearly the problem persists and it’s something that’s part of our ongoing conversation, our ongoing dialogue, our ongoing cooperation with Pakistan.”

The US blames Pakistan for attacks within Afghanistan, accompanied with demands to “do more” so that the cowardly US troops have to “do less.” As a consequence of the US directives, the regime has crushed and bombarded Muslims living in the tribal belt to ensure that the resistance movement in Afghanistan does not receive the crucial support it received from this side of the border, in a bid to strengthen the US occupation. For the sake of America’s War on Terror, Pakistan has suffered the loss of tens of thousands of civilian lives, thousands of military personnel and increasing chaos and insecurity in our country but still Pakistan is being asked to “do more”. This is a consequence of successive regimes submitting to the demands of the United States. Pakistan has incurred losses of billions of dollars due to the US crusade, with the US only compensating a fraction of the losses. As reported in Dawn on 19 November 2016, “the State Bank’s new report said that Pakistan’s ‘war on terror’ has cost $118 billion so far whilst by last year Pakistan had received only a total of $14bn by US under Coalition Support Fund.” Moreover, the US does not hesitate to punish Pakistan, whether it be by imposing sanctions on Pakistani entities, reneging on deals for the provision of aircrafts or putting hard conditions on miserly support funds.

Contrast the US treatment of Pakistan with that of India, which has already been declared a “strategic partner,” with the US further focusing in establishing a “core relationship” with it. The US have been boosting India’s situation within the areas of economy, defence and security. It has facilitated its key strategic role in the region, in a bid to make India compete with China in the region on its behalf and suppress the Muslims. However, the US has recently also given an indication of an “outsized role” and “global mix” role for India, which will assist its regional dominance. As reported by the US State Department on 10 January 2017, Mr. Toner with reference to India said, “It’s obviously a key – a core relationship for the United States. And I think in terms of where that relationship goes, the sky’s the limit, both economically, security, what have you… you’ve even seen some comments from the president-elect – of the importance that India plays not just in the region but in the global mix…. It’s playing an outsized role in global issues.

Earlier, Pakistan was tasked with securing the US occupying forces in Afghanistan, however, now the US wants Pakistan to safeguard the brutal Indian forces, to enhance India’s hegemony in the region. Referring to Pakistan, Mr. Toner said. “We’ve talked about this before – the realization that Afghans – Afghanistan’s security, Pakistan’s security, indeed India’s security, they’re all interconnected. And so as much as they can work in tandem or work in a partnership on counterterrorism operations, I think it’s for the betterment of the region”. Thus, Pakistan has been tasked by the US to ensure stability and security of its enemy India. And now the Hindu regime, which spares no opportunity in attacking the Muslims of Pakistan and Kashmir, is to be safeguarded and secured by Pakistan, even though Islam has mandated the fighting to liberate occupied lands. The need of the time is for the Muslims to be led by a righteous Khaleefah, to liberate the Muslim Lands from occupation in a glorious Jihad, whether it were Kashmir, Afghanistan, Palestine or Iraq. And finally our armed forces will seek, above all of the worldly possessions and pleasures that are to be found in this temporary and fleeting life, the reward and pleasure of Allah سبحانه وتعالى for their fire, steel and souls in His Way. RasulAllah ﷺ said, «مَا أَحَدٌ يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ إِلَى الدُّنْيَا وَلَهُ مَا عَلَى الأَرْضِ مِنْ شَىْءٍ، إِلاَّ الشَّهِيدُ، يَتَمَنَّى أَنْ يَرْجِعَ إِلَى الدُّنْيَا فَيُقْتَلَ عَشْرَ مَرَّاتٍ، لِمَا يَرَى مِنَ الْكَرَامَةِ» “Nobody who enters Paradise likes to go back to the world even if he got everything on the earth, except a Mujahid who wishes to return to the world so that he may be martyred ten times because of the dignity he receives (from Allah).” [Bukhari]
