General Raheel Sharif, Servant of US, Relinquishes COAS Post

General Raheel Sharif since the third week of November attended farewell receptions before relinquishing the Chief of Army Staff post. PM Nawaz Sharif on 24 November 2016 in a farewell ceremony said, “He proved beyond a shadow of doubt that he is one of the finest military leaders of his generation.” Such praise is expected from one US agent to another. Moreover, the United States itself heaped praise upon General Raheel. Having previously called for an extension for General Raheel in July 2016, on 29 November 2016, U.S. Senator John McCain, Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, released the following statement regarding General Raheel Sharif, Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan: “I congratulate, and express my gratitude to, General Raheel Sharif upon his retirement as Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff. General Sharif has been an important partner for the United States in the battle against terrorism. Since taking office in November 2013, General Sharif has made a concerted effort to target terrorists operating within the borders of Pakistan and has carried the fight to the northwest frontier provinces of Pakistan.” And as reported in Dawn on 23 November the US State Department shared with Dawn a statement issued by the US embassy in Islamabad, stating that General Raheel was “a valued and respected partner in the regional fight against terrorism throughout his years as army chief”.

Without doubt, General Raheel Sharif’s entire tenure is characterized by service to US objectives for the region. After invading Afghanistan, Americans realized later that they are not only losing battles but the war itself and needed Pakistan’s considerable capabilities to salvage its occupation. Unless the crucial support the Afghanistan resistance received from the tribal belt unless was destroyed, the Pushtun resistance could never be pressurized into the maze of negotiations. However, the tribal belt with Afghanistan has difficult, mountainous terrains, the Pashtun on both sides of the border have natural links, the public opinion in Pakistan is strongly anti-American and the Islamic emotions are strong within the Muslims of the region. Thus, with the co-operation of the traitors Musharraf and Kayani, the US intelligence and private military Raymond Davis networks undertook waves of false flag attacks to discredit the resistance and build support for operations in the tribal regions. Then under General Raheel, the Pashtuns living in tribal belt were subjected to atrocities as a punishment for their Islamic sentiments, with their houses and properties destroyed, making them into refugees, Internally Displaced Peoples (IDPs) living in miserable conditions and then re-settled with iron-fist policies, including employing collective punishments, removal of roofs from houses to allow observation and check-posts to curb movements. General Raheel Sharif did all of this as a service to the United States, even though it built nationalist divisions between Pakistan and Afghanistan and strengthened the Indian foothold within Afghanistan. As a further relief for India and the US, he followed the policy of restraint with India and open war against the Afghan resistance. Thus General Raheel Sharif has paved the way for India to become the dominant regional power as per the wishes of his American masters. As if this were not enough, General Raheel executed the National Action Plan (NAP) which is a US plan to suppress Islam, under which Islamic expression in the media has been stamped out, secular drive, thousands of Islam loving Ulema and politicians have been arrested or abducted, madrassas have been closed and corrupt Western values have been forced into the education curriculum and the society in general.

It is high time that the sincere officers within Pakistan’s armed forces overturned General Raheel’s shameful legacy by granting Nussrah for the re-establishment of the Khilafah.

 

Secular Regime Undermines Islam and its Glorious Acceptance

Under the guise of protecting the minorities, the Sindh Assembly passed a bill whereby restricting non-Muslims conversion to Islam. As reported in Express Tribune on 24 November 2016, “According to the bill, no person shall be deemed to have changed their religion until they attain the age of maturity, which is 18 years. Similarly, the decision of a minor to convert to another religion will not be recognized until they reach the age of maturity.”

Had the provincial or federal government were serious in protecting the minorities, they would have implemented Islam. Islam secures the life, property and honour of the minorities as a duty mandated by Allah سبحانه وتعالى. However, the current government uses every such opportunity to undermine Islam. Many of the Sahaba (ra) converted to Islam at a much younger age than the eighteen years of age that the regime insists on: ‘Ali ibn Abi Talib was 8 years old, Zubayr ibn al-’Awwam was 8 years old, Talhah ibn ‘Ubaydullah was 11 years old, Al-Arqam ibn Abi al-Arqam was 12 years old, ‘Abdullah ibn Mas’ud was 14 years old, Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas was 17 years old and  Sa’ud ibn Rabi’ah was 17 years old. So why is the regime closing the door for the young to enter into Islam? Simply, the regime is working day and night to undermine Islam through all of the limbs of the state, education, media and judiciary. This is bound to be the case when the constitution is not concerned with the Halaal and Haraam and only what secular man-made law determines. This is why as reported in Express Tribune on 23 November 2016, Justice Nisar said “We are not concerned with whether wine retail is permitted or not, we are concerned with how lawful the matter is.”

These West-serving regimes installed in Pakistan care nothing for Halaal and Haraam as they give precedence to Democracy over Islam. Democracy has no connection with our culture. Democracy is a man-made law shaped by whims and desires, whereas Islam demands ruling by all that has been revealed by Allah سبحانه وتعالى. It is Democracy that gives the right to parliament to command what Allah سبحانه وتعالى has forbidden or forbid what Allah سبحانه وتعالى has commanded. It is this democracy that makes lords over humankind besides Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Bayhaqi reported that Adiyy ibn Hatim, said: “I came to the Prophet wearing a cross of gold in my neck. And I heard him read from Surah Baraa’ah,

اتَّخَذُوا أَحْبَارَهُمْ وَرُهْبَانَهُمْ أَرْبَابًا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ

“They took the rabbis and monks as lords beside Allah”

(Surah At-Tawba 9:31)

I said, “O RasulAllah, they do not worship them. He said:

«أجل ولكن يحلون لهم ما حرم الله فيستحلونه ويحرمون عليهم ما أحل الله فيحرمونه فتلك عبادتهم لهم»

“Yes, but they made Halal for them what Allah forbade and they took it as Halal and they made Haram for them what Allah made Halal and they took it as Haraam and that is how they worshipped them.”

Democracy is only worthy of abolition. It cannot be reformed as its basis contradicts Islam. It is only the Khilafah upon the Method of Prophethood which will ensure that the Lord of the Worlds سبحانه وتعالى alone is worshipped.

 

Regime is Reforming Education to Undermine Islam

As reported in The News dated 22 November 2016, in the name of “curriculum development”, the US Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) in consultation with a local NGO has recommended further review of the Pakistani textbooks, insisting that overemphasis on Islam as being the “only correct” faith must be eliminated from the school textbooks. The report also said that in textbooks from all grade levels there is an overemphasis on the glorification of war and war heroes. This American report is called “Teaching Intolerance in Pakistan, Religious Bias in Public School Textbooks” and is issued by the US Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), which is a bipartisan US federal government commission created by the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 and whose Commissioners are appointed by the President and the leadership of both political parties in the Senate and the House of Representatives. The detailed report highlights different Islamic events, personalities, references and contexts used in the textbook which it deemed “Offensive”. The five-point recommendation for changing the curriculum is as follows: 1. Absolutely no content should be taught to students that celebrates one religion at the expense of another religion; 2. Impartial content for better critical learning should be adopted. 3. More educationally accurate and nuanced approaches are needed towards Western countries and Christianity 4. Overemphasis on Islam as being the “only correct” faith must be eliminated from the textbooks….. heroes from minority groups should be included in the textbooks 5. Historical omissions and misrepresentations of different events must be eliminated

For this report, issued by the USCIRF recently, Pakistan-based Peace and Education Foundation (PEF) has conducted a study and prepared recommendations. The report confirms the treachery of the current regime for it has already many changes in the public school textbooks particularly in Punjab and KPK. From 2011, when another report was published by the US Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), entitled “Connecting the Dots: Education and Religious Discrimination in Pakistan” to this current report, several reforms have been made to undermine the Islamic character of our youth. In this regard the PEF’s president met the then Punjab Governor Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar, provided him with a copy of “Connecting the Dots”, and also met the most senior adviser to Imran Khan, Chairman of Tehreek-e-Insaf, to brief them on the education reforms required by the U.S.

The Kaffir colonialists are spending their wealth and expending effort to ensure that our coming generations submit before them. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,

وَلَن تَرْضَى عَنْكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلا النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى اللَّهِ هُوَ الْهُدَى وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُم بَعْدَ الَّذِي جَاءَكَ مِنْ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلا نَصِيرٍ

“Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you till you follow their religion. Say: ‘Verily, the Guidance of Allah is the only Guidance. And if you were to follow their desires after what you have received of Knowledge (the Qur’an), then you would have against Allah neither any Wali (protector or guardian) nor any helper”

(Surah al-Baqarah 2: 120)

As for the current regime, its role is simply to listen and obey Washington, even though calling for or promoting Kufr is a great sin in Islam. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,

إِن تَكْفُرُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنْكُمْ وَلا يَرْضَى لِعِبَادِهِ الْكُفْرَ

“If you disbelieve, then verily, Allah is not in need of you, He likes not disbelief for His slaves”

(Surah az-Zumar 39:7)

In fact, the regime has always ensured the success of every colonialist plan against Pakistan, whether it involved the assault on Pakistan’s lands, resources or Deen.

Muslim parents, teachers and students must mobilize themselves to replace Democracy with Islam so that the future Muslim generations are saved from intellectual corruption. It is only the Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the Method of Prophethood which will re-store the Islamic education system, whereby the Muslim youth will be groomed and nurtured on the basis of Islam. This will establish a strong foundation for the youth to carry Islam to all of humankind.
