Normalization is to Weaken Pakistan and Bury Kashmir
As reported in Dawn dated 6 March 2017, former National Security Adviser Mahmud Durrani, who was a speaker at the 19th Asian Security Conference in Delhi, responding to a journalist’s question said that Hafiz Saeed “has no utility” for Pakistan and asserted that “We should act against him.” Besides his charity work, Hafiz Saeed, the chief of Jamaatud Dawa (JuD), is known for his support to Kashmiri resistance movement. Previously the group enjoyed state support, as Pakistani regimes adopted a policy of supporting the Kashmir cause, because their masters in Washington wanted to create pressure on India during the time of the anti-American Congress Party rule. However, all that changed when the pro-American BJP came to power and now the United States is paving the way for India’s rise. The above statement of Durani is not merely a random talk, but indicates the current regime’s desire for concessions to India. On US dictates, the Pakistani regime has detained Hafiz Saeed under the Fourth Schedule of the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) on January 30. In a similar statement to that of Durrani, the Defence Minister, Khawaja Asif, said earlier at the Munich Security Conference that Jamaatud Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed can pose a serious threat to the society (as reported in “The Nation” dated 20 February 2017).
Since the era of Musharraf, Pakistani regimes have been gradually abandoning the Kashmir cause on US dictates, whilst unleashing fiery rhetoric to deceive the masses. In recent months, Pakistan’s rulers have intensified efforts in curbing the groups working to aid the Kashmir resistance movement. This is part of the over-arching US plan to bury the Kashmir issue and “normalize” Pakistan-India relations, so as to pave the way for India becoming an unopposed regional power, to curb Chinese power and the mitigate against the rise of any Muslim power. Pakistan’s rulers have shamelessly been offering concessions to India in a bid to normalize relations, despite increasing Indian hostility. As reported in Express Tribune dated 8 March 2017, aerial surveillance drones manufactured in the United States are being deployed by India against Pakistan for surveillance along the Line of Control in Poonch and Rajouri Sectors of Indian-held Kashmir and the US is refusing to supply the same drone to Pakistan for deployment along LoC. Despite several Pakistani soldiers and civilians being killed in the last couple of months by Indian military force, the shameless Pakistani leaders continue to bow down to India. As reported in Express Tribune dated 24 February 2017, PM Nawaz Sharif said, “We [Pakistan and India] should maintain good relations and avoid involving in conspiracies against each other.”
Thus on the one hand, Pakistan’s rulers have worked day and night to fulfill Indian demands for normalizing relations and now the ball is in India’s court regarding taking this US plan further. The current reluctance by the BJP government of India to accept Pakistan’s sacrifices maybe tied to the Uttar Pradesh province’s 17th Legislative Assembly elections that ended on 8 March 2017, as anything less than a hard-line stance would weaken its voter support. As it was BJP won this election by an overwhelming majority, crushing Congress. However, post elections, it is likely that the Trump administration would steer both parties in the direction of “normalization”. Moreover in the latest push the US has also indicated the need for both countries to move towards dialogue, without which Pakistan is being detracted from securing the American interest in Afghanistan. As reported in Dawn dated 10 March 2017, The Commander of the United States’ Central Command (Centcom), General Joseph Votel, said that the need for an increased focus on Pakistan’s eastern border “detracts from its efforts to secure the western border with Afghanistan from incursion by Taliban and Al Qaeda fighters.” Yet, under the banner of “normalization” and “confidence building measures,” the traitors in Pakistan’s leadership are herding us towards Akhand Bharat (Greater India) and the wholesale betrayal of Occupied Kashmir. And they work to surrender us to the Western crusaders and hateful Hindu mushrikeen, even though Allah سبحانه وتعالى warned,
مَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلاَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ
“Neither those who followed earlier revelation who deny the truth, nor the Mushrikeen like to see good bestowed upon you from your Sustainer; but Allah bestows grace upon whom He chooses- for Allah is limitless in His great bounty.”
(Surah al-Baqara 2:105)
It is upon us now to raise our voices with the brave Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir and work to end the oppressive rule through the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood.
Real Radd ul-Fassad (Repulsion of Corruption) is Ending Crusader Presence
As reported in Dawn dated 10 March 2017, Commander of the United States Central Command (Centcom), General Joseph Votel, said, “Security along the western border will nevertheless remain a priority for Islamabad, as the Pakistani military seeks to expand border control and improve paramilitary security.” The general lauded “promising coordination” between the Pak-Afghan militaries, adding that the US government was encouraged by military operation Radd-ul-Fasaad “in which they set up simultaneous multiple blocking positions along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border. The start of yet another operation “Radd ul-Fassad” by Pakistan has brought a flurry of new praises and applauses from US. Suddenly the “seemingly” bitter relationship between the two has been soaring high as never before. Washington’s satisfaction over the recent progress made by Pakistan in securing its interest in Afghanistan has not been limited to merely patting on the back, but was also rewarded Pakistan financially. The CSF grant which was blocked earlier by US due to non-satisfaction over Pakistan’s earlier progress has now been resumed, as $500m has been disbursed with $200m on its way. As reported in Express Tribune dated 10 March 2017, “The United States has disbursed $550 million under the Coalition Support Fund (CSF) grant to Pakistan… The Trump administration transferred the funds this month with a fresh tranche of $200 million coming early this week, said an official of the finance ministry.”
Interestingly these developments also coincide with a week-long visit by the regime’s military delegation to Washington. In recent weeks, upon US pressure, the regime has launched yet another military operation in its tribal belt and across the border in Afghanistan against the Muslim tribal people resisting the illegal foreign occupation of America and its allies. In strengthening the US position, the regime has not only launched military operations and killed its own people, but has subjected Muslims living in the tribal belt to inhumane atrocities as a punishment for their Islamic sentiments, with their houses and properties destroyed, making them into refugees, Internally Displaced Peoples (IDPs) living in miserable conditions and then re-settled with iron-fist policies, including employing collective punishments, removal of roofs from houses to allow observation and check-posts to curb movements. Furthermore Pakistan has also started fencing the border areas and stationing military troops to break the back of the resistance movement. As reported in Dawn dated 07 March 2017, “The army chief emphasised the need for physical presence of troops on Afghan side of the border for “matching [the Pakistani side] and effective border security”.
If Raddul Fassad really was for eliminating “Fassad,” then the US embassy-cum-fortress would have been closed and the likes of Raymond Davis network operating in the country under the guise of diplomats, would have been expelled. Using Arabic names for the operations to deceive the people, will not hide the evident heinous agenda. The leaders have crossed all limits in securing American interests at the expense of Pakistan. The formidable and Islam loving Pakistan army is being used by the regime as a mercenary force serving the colonial occupation. It is only the Khilafah which will liberate the Muslims of Pakistan and its army from the clutches of these treacherous leaders. The Khilafah upon the Method of the Prophethood will remove the “Fassad” from Muslim lands by expelling these colonialist, belligerent powers. Thus, the Muslims must redouble their efforts for the establishment of the Khilafah, the only true leadership that will end America’s war to subjugate other nations and deny them the right to resist. It is evident that these treacherous leaders have abandoned the Ummah and act as loyal representatives of the Kuffar. Engaging in an alliance with belligerent states like America is Haraam and these leaders feel no shame in openly proclaiming their illicit friendly relationship with them. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِيَاءَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
“O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliya’ (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliya’ to one another. And if any one amongst you takes them as Auliya’, then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust)”
(Surah al-Maaida 5:51)
The Khilafah Alone Eradicates Insults Against RasulAllah ﷺ
The National Assembly on 14 March unanimously resolved to form a 10-member committee to establish who is behind the blasphemous content being circulated on social media platforms. The decision came hours after Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif ordered the blocking of blasphemous content on social media and instructed that those behind the propagation of such material be swiftly punished. The resolution in the National Assembly was moved jointly by retired Capt Mohammad Safdar and Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl’s (JUI-F) Naeema Kishwer Khan. It called upon the government to immediately take measures to crack down on blasphemy against the Holy Prophet ﷺ, which had wounded the sentiments of Muslims across the globe.
The question that arises is how individuals have the audacity to insult RasulAllah ﷺ. It is a consequence of the repeated weak stance of the current rulers over this issue. RasullAllah (saaaw) was previously insulted by citizens of an insignificant country, Denmark, which can hardly be seen on the world’s map. This was done, even though we are an Ummah whose lands dominate the surface of the earth, whose population is well over one billion, who possesses millions of brave Muslim soldiers and most of the world’s valuable resources. Then, as now, the rulers condemned the blasphemy and made token gestures. The method of the rulers was to make condemnations, but at the end left the matter at surrender, as they do with every other matter of our affliction and suffering.
As for the method of Islam, the Khilafah, it regards the honour of RasulAllah ﷺ as a matter of life and death upon which the entire Ummah must mobilise through its ruler, the Khaleefah, the shield of the Muslims.
In an effort to secure our deen, our lives, our properties and our lands, Muslims have tried every man-made system, from dictatorship to democracy and every variation in between. Yet all that we have tried and grasped has only brought us shame and humiliation, even though the Ummah possesses manpower and resources, the basic means of power itself, in great abundance. So the one who truly loves Allah سبحانه وتعالى and RasulAllah ﷺ, let him or her join the ranks of Hizb ut Tahrir, and work to establish the Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood, so that the munkar is removed decisively and effectively, by the permission of Allah سبحانه وتعالى. And know that it was RasulAllah ﷺ himself that gave us glad tidings to the ones who work to remove the munkar (evil) in the later times, saying, «إِنَّ مِنْ أُمَّتِي قَوْمًا يُعْطَوْنَ مِثْلَ أُجُورِ أَوَّلِهِمْ يُنْكِرُونَ الْمُنْكَرَ» “Indeed, from my Ummah there will be a people who will be rewarded like the reward of the first of those from my Ummah who forbade the Munkar”
