How is Seeking to Strengthen Ties with the US, the Quraysh of today, Following the Model of the Madinah State?
US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said on 14 August that the United States wanted to further strengthen its ties with Pakistan while Pakistan’s US envoy hoped that the Trump administration would soon restore the suspended training facility for the Pakistani military personnel. Secretary Pompeo’s Independence Day message went beyond customary felicitation, as it recalled seven decades of close ties between the two nations and expressed the desire to rebuild the troubled relationship, adding, “In the years ahead, we hope to further strengthen these bonds, as we continue to look for opportunities to work with the people and government of Pakistan to advance our shared goals of security, stability and prosperity in South Asia.”
How is seeking to strengthen ties with the US, the Quraysh of today, following the model of the Madinah State? The US plan for South Asia will never bring security, stability or prosperity for the Muslims of South Asia. The US plan is to drown the Muslims of Pakistan and Occupied Kashmir under domination by the Hindu State, under the banner of “confidence-building measures” and “normalization.” Having openly announced its open enmity to Islam and Muslims, the Trump administration confirmed its alliance with any willing Shaytan in this enmity, such as the Hindu State. On the one hand, it rewards India’s relentless belligerency against Pakistan with arms deals, whilst reducing the Pakistan Army, the world’s sixth largest army, to a security detail for the besieged and cowardly Indian forces in Occupied Kashmir.
Under the banner of “normalization” and “confidence building measures,” Pakistan’s new leadership is herding us towards Akhand Bharat (Greater India) and the wholesale betrayal of Occupied Kashmir. It is working to surrender us to the Western crusaders and hateful Hindu mushrikeen, even though Allah (swt) warned, مَّا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلاَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَن يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَاللّهُ يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَن يَشَاء وَاللّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ “Neither those who followed earlier revelation who deny the truth, nor the Mushrikeen like to see good bestowed upon you from your Sustainer; but Allah bestows grace upon whom He chooses- for Allah is limitless in His great bounty.” [Surah al-Baqara 2:105] It is upon us now to raise our voices with the brave Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir and work to overturn the US plan through the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood.
Democracy is a System of Disobedience of Allah (swt) and There is No Good to be Expected from it Ever
The first session of the 15th National Assembly began on 13 August 2018, with 331 members of the Lower House of the parliament set to take oath after their election in the July 25 general elections. Outgoing NA Speaker Ayaz Sadiq will administer the oath to the MNAs-elect in the 342-member house. It was held amongst great media fanfare. However, the fifteenth National Assembly will yield the same result as the previous fourteen, which is more disobedience of Allah (swt).
In Democracy, laws are made according to the whims and desires of men and women, gathered in a parliament, even though Allah (swt) ordered, وَأَنِ احْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ اللّهُ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَن يَفْتِنُوكَ عَن بَعْضِ مَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ إِلَيْكَ “And judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires, and beware (O Muhammad) that they might seduce you from some of what Allah has sent down to you.” [Surah Al-Maaida 5:49]. So laws are made by a show of hands, regardless of their being derived from the Quran and Sunnah or not. That is why Interest remains allowed, even though Allah (swt) and His Messenger ﷺ forbade it. That is why alliance with the enemies of Muslims is allowed, even though Islam expressly forbids it. That is why energy is privatized so private companies may profit immensely at public expense, even though Shariah has mandated that it is a public property whose benefit is for the public. And these are just a few violations of countless ones.
It is clear that RasulAllah ﷺ rejected all the invitations from the Kuffar to enter their Kufr system. The Kuffar invited him as a member of their parliament, Dar un-Nadhwa, and even as its head. Yet, RasulAllah ﷺ firmly rejected to arbitrate within their system of Kufr, a “Taghoot” ruling by other than all that Allah (swt) has revealed, like its modern equivalent Democracy. Democracy is an authority that does not rule by all that Allah (swt) revealed and Allah (swt) not only forbade us from ruling within it, He (swt) ordered us to disbelieve in it. Allah (swt) said, أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُواْ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَتَحَاكَمُواْ إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُواْ أَن يَكْفُرُواْ بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَن يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلاَلاً بَعِيدًا “Have you not seen those who claim to have believed in what was revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you? They wish to refer legislation to Taghut, while they were commanded to reject it; and Satan wishes to lead them far astray.” [Surah an-Nisa’a 4:60]. Abolish Democracy and re-establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.
Alliance with Enemies Has Never and Will Never Benefit Pakistan
Pakistan and Russia on 9 August 2018, reached a historic agreement allowing officers from the country’s armed forces to train in Russia, reported Voice of America. According to the US-based publication, the Russians are keen to step in and fill the gap which the United States has created after halting security-related aid to Pakistan. The deal was concluded at the end of the inaugural meeting of Russia-Pakistan Joint Military Consultative Committee in Rawalpindi, reported VOA, citing a statement from the Defence Ministry. Both countries signed the Contract on Admission of Service Members of Pakistan in the RF [Russian Federation’s] Training Institutes. Pakistan and Russia have stepped up cooperation in the defence sector since 2014 when the two nations signed an agreement for boosting bilateral ties. In line with the 2014 pact, Moscow sold Islamabad four Mi-35 combat helicopters, and the two countries also held counter-terror military drills.
Since the inception of Pakistan, the political and military leadership has always sought the support of a major power in order to boost our military capability. However, this policy has failed us on many occasions in the 71-year history of Pakistan. Major powers never allow our military to gain so much power so that it could challenge them. They allow training of our forces as much as they need to protect their interests in the region or internationally, when they send our forces to any corner of the world under the banner of United Nations. Pakistani officers have been receiving military training and education in the United States since early 1960s. Training was suspended in the 1990s but restored after the Sept 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. However, that training never abled us to foil the conspiracy of severing East Pakistan from west Pakistan. Nor did it help to liberate the Muslims of occupied Kashmir from Hindu occupation and slavery. It even did not help to stop India from occupying the Siachen glacier or end that occupation. And for the last 17 years that training has been used to fight the US war against Islam, under the banner of a “War on Terror,” which has resulted in casualties of more than seventy thousand soldiers and civilians and the loss of billions of dollars.
Like America, Russia is also an open enemy of Islam and Muslims. Allah swt warned us about making friendship with enemies. Allah (swt) said, يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاء تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِم بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءكُم مِّنَ الْحَقِّ “O you who have believed, do not take My enemies and your enemies as allies, extending to them affection while they have disbelieved in what came to you of the truth” [Surah Mumtahina 60:1]. So merely changing the ally from amongst our enemies will not change the course of history of Pakistan. Hizb ut Tahrir in its Introduction to the Constitution adopted in Article 189 stated: “Britain, America and France, and those states that have designs on the State, such as Russia, are legally considered to be belligerent states.” Therefore the coming Khilafah state will not send its military officers to enemy states. Regarding training, the state will make each and every effort to make its military the most powerful and capable military in the world, so it can raise the flag of Allah as the highest in the world. It is such an armed forces that will liberate Palestine, Kashmir and all occupied lands. Hizb ut Tahrir in its Introduction to the Constitution adopted in Article 67 stated: “It is obligatory to provide the Army with the highest level of military education and raise its intellectual level as far as possible. Every individual in the Army should be given Islamic culture that enables him to have an awareness of Islam, to at least a general level.”
