Islamic Politics Confirms to ِAll that Allah (swt) Has Revealed, Rather than the Whims and Desires of Humans

Imran Khan was elected Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman by a large margin of votes during the PTI’s intra-party poll, according to results announced by the party’s spokesperson on 13 June 2017. PTI supporters began raising the issue of elected political party leaders to point out that the other two major national political parties have dynasties in their leadership, namely the Bhutto dynasty leading the PPP and the Sharif dynasty leading the PML-N. However, the problem with Pakistan’s national political parties is far more than whether they have dynastic or elected leaderships. The root problem is that the three major political parties have manifestos that are not derived from the Quran and the Sunnah. So, their manifestos uphold the non-Islamic system of Democracy and its oppressive Capitalist economy. And they uphold the current constitution which is comprised of articles that have no Ayah or Hadith to establish their validity for Muslims. The three major national parties will always disappoint the Muslims, as they will allow laws that are not based on Islam and contradict it.

In stark contrast, Hizb ut Tahrir is the only political party in Pakistan that works country wide and is based exclusively upon Islam. It calls to that which Allah (swt) and His Messenger have established as Right (Ma’roof) and forbids that which they have determined as Wrong (Munkar). Hizb ut Tahrir has prepared an entire constitution of 191 articles, whose every article has divine evidences to support them, including the article regarding the establishment of political parties. Hizb ut Tahrir has adopted in its Introduction to the Constitution, in Article 21, that “The Muslims have the right to establish political parties in order to account the rulers or to reach the rule through the Ummah on the condition that their basis is the Islamic ‘Aqeedah and that the rules they adopt are Shari’ah rules. The formation of a party does not require any permission. Any group formed on an un-Islamic basis is prohibited. The evidence for this article are the words of Allah (swt), ﴿وَلْتَكُن مِّنكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى الْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ ۚ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَAnd let there arise from amongst you a party inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is Right (Ma’ruf) and forbidding what is Wrong (Munkar), and those will be the successful.” [Surah Aali Imran 3:104]. The angle of using this verse as an evidence for the establishment of political parties is that Allah (swt) ordered the Muslims to have a group which carries out the Da’wah to Islam amongst them, and likewise carries out enjoining the Ma’ruf and forbidding the Munkar…”

Only an Islamic Judiciary Referring to Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw) Can End Corruption

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on 14 June 2017 petitioned the Supreme Court against what he alleged was a “contemptuous and derogatory campaign” carried out at the “behest” of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif targeting the apex court, judiciary, and a joint investigation team (JIT) probing the Sharif family. As usual the opposition is giving false hope to the people by referring to the very system that gives the corrupt a free hand. The apex court and the judiciary do not judge by Islam and had they done so, they would regard the financial corruption as the tip of an iceberg. The rulers are not only guilty of financial corruption, they clearly implement laws that are not Islamic, denying the Muslims of their rights and giving the colonialists a way over the Muslims. Such matters take several hours of judicial deliberation, not several months.

The Muslims must be directed to reject this corrupt system and its judiciary. They must be called to work to re-establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. Only then will the Muslims have a judiciary that judges its rulers by Islam. Islam established the judiciary of injustices (Madhalim), which is the investigation into what occurred between the people and the ruler.  In a narration by Tabarani in al-Mu’jam Al-Awst by al-Fadhl bin al-Abbas narrated that the Prophet (saw) said,«فمَنْ كنتُ جلدتُ لهُ ظهراً فهذا ظهري فليَسْتَقِدْ منه، ومَنْ كنتُ شتمتُ لهُ عِرضاً فهذا عِرضي فليَسْتَقِدْ منه، ومن كنتُ أخذتُ لهُ مالاً، فهذا مالي فلْيَسْتَقِدْ منه» “Whoever I had whipped his back here is my back, let him retaliate! Whoever I had cursed his honor, here is my honor let him curse it!  Whoever I had taken some money from him here is my money, let him take from it.” And Islam established the basis of the judgment of the ruler upon his implementation of Islam. If those who If those who account rulers different over any matter from the legal (Shari’ah) point of view, the matter is referred to the Court of Unjust Acts (Madhalim) for Allah (swt) said, ﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَطِيعُواْ اللّهَ وَأَطِيعُواْ الرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِي الأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ فَإِن تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللّهِ وَالرَّسُولِO you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger.” (Surah an Nisa’a 4:59]

Bajwa Responds to US Violation of Our Sovereignty with Weak Words as Opposed to Strong Action

In response to a US drone strike one day before, at the Corps Commander meeting in Peshawar of 14 June 2017, General Bajwa, declared “Unilateral actions, like drone strike, etc., are counterproductive and against [the] spirit of… ongoing cooperation and intelligence sharing being diligently undertaken by Pakistan.” Another major violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty took place by a foreign power, yet Bajwa remains motionless. Bajwa is motionless even though it is the blessed month of Ramadhan, when the Imaan of our troops is high, as they remember that in the Battle of Badr 2 AH, Muslim troops were victorious over a three times larger, better equipped larger fighting force. Bajwa is motionless, even though recently Rs920.2 billion have been allocated for defence in the annual budget to ensure the latest technology and equipment to fight any threat to the country and the Muslims of Pakistan will fully support their armed forces in any bold action against the crusaders and Hindu mushrikeen. And Bajwa is motionless even though the Hindu state has made several lethal violations of our eastern border, whilst the Americans undertake murderous unilateral drone strikes across our wester border. Bajwa is motionless because like political leadership he is a weak submissive US agent who will not dare to address the bloody aggression of his masters or of their allies, the Hindu State.

The enemies of Islam are bold in attacking Muslims, only because the current leaders are submissive and weak towards the enemies. It is only the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood that can secure Muslim blood, as is its right, from our enemies. Muslims must move to restore the shield of the Ummah, Khilafah, which alone will give the sanctity of Muslim blood its due. Ibn Maajah narrated that ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr said, “I saw the Messenger of Allah (saaw) circumambulating the Ka’bah and saying:«مَا أَطْيَبَكِ وَأَطْيَبَ رِيحَكِ مَا أَعْظَمَكِ وَأَعْظَمَ حُرْمَتَكِ وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لَحُرْمَةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ أَعْظَمُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ حُرْمَةً مِنْكِ مَالِهِ وَدَمِهِ وَأَنْ نَظُنَّ بِهِ إِلاَّ خَيْرًا»How good you are and how good your fragrance; how great you are and how great your sanctity. By the One in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, the sanctity of the believer is greater before Allah than your sanctity, his blood and his wealth, and to think anything but good of him.
