In the International Khilafah Conference: “Khilafah… An Imagination or a Reality that will be Realized Soon?” Held in Ankara – Turkey 06/03/2016 on the Anniversary of the Destruction of the Khilafah State

Praise be to Allah, prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah and his family and companions and those who follow his guidance until the Last Day.

Two months from now (i.e. the upcoming May) marks a hundred years since the ominous Sykes-Picot Agreement, this agreement which identified the distribution of spoils among the colonial powers France – Britain – Italy, and Russia, which withdrew after the Bolshevik Revolution. Consequently, the forces of colonialism abroad collaborated with some traitors among Muslims for the destruction of the Khilafah state by Mustafa Kamal and the leaders of the Arab Revolution.

These days as we hear and read about Lavrov’s remarks and Kerry’s and those who want to renew the colonial system that serves the interests of their respective countries (Russia and America) when they talk about a federal system in Syria at times and of the need to preserve the secular system in it another times, and their statement that the Sykes-Picot arrangement is finished and will not return as before; this refers to the threats facing Turkey, not forgetting the recent fate of southern Sudan. It has been separated from Sudan, as America is now working on the separation of Darfur from it, with the complicity of the president of Sudan in this crime, just as the involvement of Iran’s rulers with it, with all their forces to suppress Ash-Sham’s revolution aimed at smashing the Western colonial domination and demands the implementation of Allah’s Law. America then agreed with Russia to intervene with all its power in Syria to achieve what Iran and its followers failed to achieve, subsequently, Russia fired missiles from the Caspian Sea and the Mediterranean Sea, and Russia’s military aircrafts strike our people in Syria…

Yet after all this, the president of Ankara is not ashamed of the border closures in the face of the escapees from the hell of Bashar and Putin, but instead the Turkish border guards open fire on the displaced, killing a number of them.

So why is the Muslim Ummah weak, when it is supposed to be the best nation brought to mankind?

It is stated in the noble Hadith:

«الإمام جنة يقاتل من ورائه ويتقى به»

“The Imam is a shield, who from behind, people fight and are protected.”

But due to the absence of the Imam, this is what happened to the Muslim countries after the destruction of the Khilafah State our wealth is squandered and the colonial states exploited us and divided our countries to the meager entities, and appointed their agents to guard their interests and to prevent the return of Islam to life, they even imposed man-made laws and systems in contradiction with the doctrine of the Muslims, forbidding what Allah has permitted and permitting what Allah has forbidden, that allows evil (Munkar) and opposes the implementation of the rules of Islam and the establishment of the obligations.

Yes, this is the vital issue facing us today: the need for immediate action for liberation from colonial domination in all forms in all the affairs of life, and this is only possible by the establishment of the Khilafah State (Caliphate), which has two functions: the first is the implementation of the entire Shariah rules internally, and the second is to spread the message of Islam to the world through Dawah and Jihad, thus the Ummah will return back as it was, the best nation brought to mankind, believing in Allah, and enjoins the good and forbids the evil.

Here I will cite the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ:

«لحد يقام في الأرض خير لأهلها من أن يمطروا أربعين صباحا»

“Implementing one “Had” (punishment of Allah) in the land is better for the people than receiving rain for forty days”.

The establishment of the Hudood (punishments of Allah) means the full implementation of Shariah law internally, this divine law is devoid of man’s desires, unlike man-made law that puts the human under the enslavement of his fellow man, and in which legislation is subject to the volatility of the whims of human beings and their limited minds, that permits today what it denied him yesterday, or vice versa, and in which the owners of wealth control legislation to serve their interests, while this is completely absent in the divine Shariah.

And Allah Almighty obliged the Muslims to be witnesses over the people, i.e. to spread the Message of Islam to them through Dawah and Jihad, it is for them then to enter the Deen of Allah or insist on disbelief, and the Lord of the Worlds will account them on the Day of Judgment.

وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَاكُمْ أُمَّةً وَسَطًا لِّتَكُونُواْ شُهَدَاءَ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَيَكُونَ الرَّسُولُ عَلَيْكُمْ شَهِيدًا

“And thus we have made you a just community that you will be witnesses over the people and the Messenger will be a witness over you”

(Al-Baqara: 143)

I like to remind you of the reply of the companion Ribb’i Ibn Amer who answered Rustum, commander of the Persian armies, when he asked him why they came to him. He said, “We are people Allah Has sent to bring the people out from the worship of people to the worship of the Lord of the people, and from the tightness of this world to the wideness of this world and the Hereafter, and from the injustice of religions to the justice of Islam.”

Dear beloved brothers and sisters,

This conference was held under the title of “Khilafah… An Imagination or a Reality that will be Realized Soon?” And I say, nevertheless the Khilafah is the next reality because it is Allah’s promise and the glad tidings of His Messenger, peace and blessings upon him and his family.

We have no choice before us except to unify as one to satisfy our Lord and give support to His Deen and be victorious when we realize the glad-tiding of His Messenger ﷺ of the opening of Rome, after Allah Almighty honored Sultan Muhammad Al-Fatih and his heroic Mujahideen with the conquest of Constantinople,

So rise to that which pleases your Lord, and answer the caller to Allah and work with the workers to establish the righteous Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ

“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered.”

(Al-Anfal: 24)

Jazak Allahu Khairun and may we be gathered under the shade of the Khilafah, by the permission of Allah, and I pray that it is near.
