Only Khilafah will bring back justice and free the people of Bangladesh from the lawlessness that prevails in every corner of the country

According to the news published in CNN on 16th July, 2015, the killing of a 13 year old vegetable vendor named Samiul Alam Rajon who was accused of theft, has triggered angry protests in Bangladesh after the footage of the killing went viral on social media. The clip shows the victim tied to a post and beaten to death with a metal rod, while his attackers laugh and jeer during the attack in Kumargaon, Sylhet. From the footage, which is recorded by one of the murderers, it is evident that the boy was mercilessly beaten for more than half an hour and not even allowed to drink a glass of water during the ordeal. An autopsy at Sylhet Medical College Hospital revealed the boy died from severe head injuries, while his body bore scores of marks. “I want justice,” Rajon’s father, Sheikh Azizur Rahman, told CNN by phone. Rajon was the eldest son of Rahman’s family who sent his son to work to support his family. (Source: CNN)

Comment:

The inhumane and cold-blooded murder of the 13 year old boy, Samiul Alam Rajon again proved that the people of Bangladesh are living in a country where an extreme level of lawlessness prevails in every corner of the society. This brutal incident has shown us that the corrupt secular democratic values have turned human beings not only into savages but rather even worse than those wild beasts who do not have rational minds to think. When the heartbreaking cries of Rajon’s parents echoed into the mainstream and social media and the whole nation angrily raged over this unspeakable incident, we did not see any real commitment from the democratic rulers of this country to bring the perpetrators under immediate and exemplary punishment so that no one in this country would dare to commit this kind of heinous crime in future.

A country where everybody follows their whims and desires in the name of absolute freedom and man defines right and wrong, it is very natural that children like Rajon will be victimized, tortured and killed in this brutal fashion. In fact, under this capitalist system this kind of heinous crime happens regularly right under the noses of the law enforcement authorities. No real effort had ever been made to bring these criminals to justice and the crimes against these innocent children have never been stopped. According to the reports of local right organization Odhikar, at least 903 people were lynched in Bangladesh since January 2009, and at least 60 people were lynched in the past six months. However, the secular ruling Awami government is least bothered about the value and security of people’s lives. They only wish to cling to power for as long as they possibly can by appeasing their imperial masters. The truth is, this manmade democratic system will never produce a responsible and god-fearing ruler like Khaleefah Umar (ra).  He had such concern for his people that he could not sleep even at night. He used to patrol the streets of Madina so that he would be well informed about the conditions his subjects. To let people understand how much he cared, once Umar (ra) said, “If a lost sheep under my care were to die on the bank of the Euphrates, I would expect Allah the Exalted to question me about it on the Day of Judgment.”

The people of Bangladesh need to understand that the democratic system, where man is free to do whatever he likes, has no accountability to his creator and where man decides by his own limited mind what is right and what is wrong, is the root cause of all forms of oppression. And the secular ruling class is solely responsible for people’s endless sufferings as they have sanctified this corrupt manmade system and implemented it over people by disobeying the commands of their Lord, Allah the all Mighty and His Rasul ﷺ. So, if the people of Bangladesh want justice for the crimes against all innocent children of Bangladesh including Rajon, to have a society where justice prevails and want to have rulers who really care for their people like righteous Khulafaa’, they should reject this rotten system and put sincere effort to re-establish the Khilafah. InshaAllah, when the Deen of Allah is implemented comprehensively and supreme values like taqwa and accountability to Allah are nurtured under the Khilafah, justice will prevail in every part of this land. Allah سبحانه وتعالى says in the Quran:

أَفَحُكمَ الجاهِلِيَّةِ يَبغونَ ۚ وَمَن أَحسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حُكمًا لِقَومٍ يوقِنونَ

Do they, then, seek the judgment of the Time of Ignorance? Who could be better at giving judgment than Allah for people with certainty?

you are wrong. it is well known that the most peaceful, respectful countries in the world are democratic and secular. you can never compare somalia, bangladesh, brazil, afghanistan, mexico, burma, among others, to places like norway, iceland, finland, or japan, to name a few.

democracy does not bring violence. people bring violence, religious and non religious. it matters not if they are muslim, christian, bhudist, hindu, etc.

if islam, or even christianity, was practiced the way it is supposed to be practiced, there would be peace. until then, the most corrupt and violent countries will always be the most religious.
