At the beginning of November, United States Secretary of State John Kerry visited the Central Asian countries. This visit was a return act to the activity of the Kremlin to strengthen its influence in this region. Both the United States and Russia realize well the situation in the Middle East, particularly in Syria, where it has neared five years since the blessed revolution. The Muslims of Syria stride with complete confidence towards their aim – the revival of the righteous Khilafah upon the method of the Prophethood.

The United States fully understand that this event will not be limited to the Middle East region, and it will spread to all Islamic territories, among them it will have an influence on the whole of Central Asia. This means that the US will lose its influence over Central Asia and they finally will have to leave this region which is rich in natural and manpower resources, which the United States use also in the struggle against Russia.

The head of the Kremlin realizes also the consequences of the establishing of the Khilafah in respect to Russia and Central Asia. The Khilafah State will soon unite all Islam lands into the united powerful state. These borders are not those that are drawn on their maps today, but the borders of the Khilafah are on the outskirts of Moscow. That is why the Kremlin is actively working for strengthening its position in the Central Asian countries, so that the borders of the Khilafah do not have any breaches, and Muslims do not knock on the doors of the Kremlin.

The Kremlin is trying to retain its position in Central Asia and to stop Islam and Muslims, using the so-called “threat of terrorism”, in particular the threat of aggression of the Taliban and ISIS. In this regard, a summit of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) was held in Kazakhstan on the 16 of October, where Putin said: “According to various estimates, from 5 to 7 thousand people from Russia and other CIS countries are fighting on the side of ISIS. And we cannot certainly allow them to use later at home the experience gained in Syria”.

On the 28 of October in Moscow at the meeting of representatives of CIS member countries’ security and intelligence agencies discussed the issue of coordination of struggle against international terrorism. The chairman of the meeting Director of Federal Security Service (FSB) Alexander Bortnikov said that a large number of Taliban militants and ISIS which is pandering to it are concentrated on Afghanistan’s borders with Central Asia and the threat of invasion of terrorists into the region has sharply increased. “We need to increase the exchange of reconnaissance intelligence about terrorists and their plans and their accomplices,” said Bortnikov. And Putin underlined: “Without effective work of your agencies our countries cannot develop, and also no one can effectively fight alone against organized crime, terrorism today”.

The Kremlin has been using the threat of supposedly danger of attack from Afghanistan for a long time. On the 18 of June, Kazakhstan News Agency reported, “About 1.5 thousand militants including members of the terrorist group “Islamic State” are concentrated in Afghanistan near the border with Tajikistan, said the first deputy chairman of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS), the commander of the frontier troops of Tajikistan Rajabali Rahmonali”. And there is a lot of such information about alleged danger coming from Afghanistan.

The first visit of US Secretary of State John Kerry was to the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek. The Kremlin managed to extrude the United States from this country at the most. Thus the US air base in Manas was officially closed in June 2014. In May 2015, Kyrgyzstan signed all the contracts for membership in the Eurasian Economic Union, which was created by the Kremlin. Finally, on the 20^th of August of this year, Kyrgyzstan denounced unilaterally the agreement with the United States to cooperate, signed on May 19, 1993 in Washington.

Thus, the US has lost its influence here but it still uses at least some opportunity for a speedy return such as all sorts of economic agreements, educational influence through undertaking the duties of educating thousands of students giving them the opportunity to study at US universities, and their most favorite means that it is bribing the opposition in the country.

Next, John Kerry visited Samarkand, Uzbekistan. John Kerry met Islam Karimov despite the fact that all human rights institutions have recognized Karimov as a tyrant and an executioner of his people. And all these took place at the time when Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir were tortured; their torturers were breaking their legs. During last month the tyrant Karimov’s regime is brutally torturing our shabab. Deputy Department Spokesperson Mark Toner said, “Kerry and Karimov discussed global issues of mutual interest, including the struggle against militant extremism, regional security and stability”.

Uzbekistan is the last stable base for US activity in the region against Russia. The United States got the opportunity to call off some of its troops from Afghanistan through Uzbekistan, in exchange for the armor which was used by American troops in Afghanistan. The US with its “human rights” institutions will keep silence about violations of “human rights” in Uzbekistan in exchange for the opportunity of calling off the troops, military presence in the region, cost-effective agreements, etc. At the next meetings of John Kerry in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan similar phrases as “security”, “terrorism”, “ISIS” were also sounded.

O Muslims! The idea of ​​the revival of the righteous Khilafah upon the method of the Prophethood never leaves the Kaffir West at peace. That’s why we see as the leaders of the Kuffar are fussing and tirelessly calling their lackeys in the person of the rulers-tyrants and traitors to all sorts of summits and negotiations where they discuss the ways of strengthening their power on one or other territories and preventing the revival of the Khilafah. At these meetings, they arrange how they will struggle against Islam and Muslims. It is our duty to take the initiative. Do not allow for the Kuffar to stop the revival of the Ummah and reestablishing of the righteous Khilafah upon the method of the Prophethood!
